Bad service and slow
I had to wait 3 hours he was too slow a chatting with the client at first I was like I'm gonna come back here to get glasses but then again nope too slow yes I was there for traffic certificates thingie but still the service is bad

Excellent Service
I had to get a new pair of glasses and on receival, it was reflecting seriously. Optometrist Riaan was very patient in handling this and didn't charge for a tint that was added to the lenses. He tried various options and was very accommodating. His staff is also exceptionally patient and friendly. Thank you for an excellent service and resolving of problem. Elmari Wessels

Excellent Service

Bad Service and Rude Optometrist.
So my Husband needed reading glasses. Went to Dr H Bester at Golden Vision Welkom. When my husband received his glasses he could see through them. When returning to them and trying to explain what the problem is, the optometrist was extremely rude and did not even give my husband a change to tell him what the problem was, instead he talked right over him and said that it was not their problem and refused to change the glasses. Well my husband left the glasses there and walked out. Instructed my Medical Aid to cancel claim and take them off the approved suppliers list. Will never in my life recommend them or ever go back there.

Golden Vision in Carletonville is the WORST place to have your spectacles made. The service is the worst and the people working there is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please sort that out, I will post this on all social media! I am sick and tired of arrogant people.

Excellent service
Wow what excellent service I always get at Golden Vision Randfontein. My child (15 Months) was in ICU after he came out of ICU he had drooping eyelids. I contact Lyndall Kenyon from Golden Vision Randfontein for advice. When phoning the staff there was so friendly and always helpful explain my situation and ask if it is possible for Lyndall to phone me back was not even 15 min and I received a call from her very friendly and was already told about my situation by her staff I didn't had to explain myself again. She assisted me and offered to see my son that same day even though they were fully booked. She gave me numbers of specialist that we could phone if the eyes is not better the following Monday. Feel always welcome when phoning or even visiting them. Just want to say this was a 5 star experience. And just want to say a BIG thank you to your Staff and yourself. Your help with this was really appreciated. This was a real stressful time and you gave us peace of mind that showed us that people still cared. Kind regards Monique Viljoen
