I have sent NUMEROUS emails regarding my contact lenses that was sent back to head office as I could not fetch them due to COVID 19. I asked for them to be sent to the nearest specsavers near me. And i get NO feedback whatsoever!!!! I have PAID lota of money for those contact lenses and I need them!! I will never recommend them !!!
Mcdonald's Centurion has no alternative way to get through to them than going in to the store and placing an order. This is unacceptable! I am at work and cannot go all the way to mcdonald's. I rely on the fact that I can phone and place an order!
To Whom this May Concern Yesterday, 14/01/2018 around about 21:04 we went to Jean Crossing (Centurion) McDonald's as we were hungry and Burger King (That was right opposite McDonald) was very busy, so we decided to go to McDonald. Getting there, first of all, we weren't greeted by the cashier. in the whole place was 4 customers, consisted out of 2 people each that ordered something small. We proceeded to get order numbers, and then the wait started. After about half an hour, we started asking what was wrong, seeing that we were literally only 4! The staff carried on and pretended they didn't hear us. When I finally got my order (I ordered a pink milkshake), it was literally just a DROP of pink syrup thrown in and completely tasted like vanilla. When I approached the gentleman working at the cashier desk (Benson) is his name, he had a real bad attitude about it and said "This is how we make them." So I asked for a refund for the milkshake and proceeded to ask to talk to the manager at the time. The Manager (Neo) had an even worse attitude. Now I normally do not lay complaints as I understand that we are all humans, but THIS treatment is absolutely RIDICULOUS and unacceptable. I have a job too, where working with clients is what I do. And I understand that customer service is important. And this will be posted on social media. I am not going to leave it here, as I believe that what has happend, people should know about that. I don't know if something is going to be done about this, but I trust you will.
Golden Vision in Carletonville is the WORST place to have your spectacles made. The service is the worst and the people working there is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please sort that out, I will post this on all social media! I am sick and tired of arrogant people.
<p>I am a loyal customer of Vodacom since I started using a cellphone. I have gone from a Contract to pre paid and have 211 talking points that I have earned with recharging. Now, I want to redeem those points for data as I have 211 talking points. That is MY money lying there and now I have a problem redeeming them. I phoned the customer care line and spoke to Byron, he then told me the matter will be escalated so that my points can be redeemed, and today is wednesday already (I spoke to him on Monday) and still the problem has not been sorted out. Why should I be fighting for what is MINE and what I have paid for????????????? This is ridiculous and I will be posting this on every social media possible. This is unacceptable! I have to keep phoning them back and promises are being made every day! I am sick and tired of this poor service from Vodacom! Sort this out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
