I placed an order around 10am on 20 August 2024 and my order was delivered at 10:47 21 August 2024. It was the first time I ordered from Villa and this is absolutely excellent! Fast and efficient and correctly packaged. I will most definitely use this company again.
It seemed easy until payment had to be processed. For almost 10minutes declined payment due to unsuccessful 3d recognition of my account. I had to enter my card details 5 times before it was accepted. Others platforms take less than 2minutes to process and confirm payment.
On July 2, 2022, I handed in my Garmin forerunner for repairs. It was said it takes 4-6, 8 weeks at the most for Garmin to repair the watch and feedback will be given on the progress. I phoned several times to enquire, after two weeks was the first time I phoned, only to have my number taken again and again, with a promise to call me right back. It is now 8 weeks, and I am still waiting, for the call. I phoned Cape Union Mart Klerksdorp, just now and with the same response. Please give me your number and I will call you right back..... My number is listed on the system as I was issued with formal repair receipt. Today I was assisted by thabo. I phoned at 11:59 and still no call back. In the meantime I am in the dark, not knowing if Garmin even received my watch, as I was never informed of pick up or given a tracking receipt.
*Review:* I just want to give feedback about Hifi Corporation. Honestly in these times where it is better and even advised to rather do online shopping than going to the shops, this is the Worst Ever place to do business with. I ordered a washing machine on Sunday 25 July 2021, because mine seized and was rendered useless. It stated delivery will be within 3to6 working days excluding weekends and only between 8am and 5pm. I phoned customer service on 29 July 2021 to track delivery progress, just to hear the order has not even been processed and that I am wasting their time querying the progress before the 6 working days are past. The earliest that in can expect delivery will be on Monday 2 August 2021. But then it was added, because the order was not processed, the warehouse must still confirm availability, therefore 29 July 2021 might be counted as day one and delivery could take up to the 5th of August 2021 and I mustn't bother them before the time. When I told the consultant it was extremely bad service, she had the audacity to ask me why do I need the washing machine so urgently???? I said goodbye before I could loose my temper totally. It is not as if one can afford having two washing machines, just for the sake of having two, but because one must do washing and the only one I had seized. I will not ever shop at hi-fi corporation again.
I just want to recommend Megadyne in Centurion for excellent service and customer care. I logged an order on Wednesday around 12:45 and on Friday 10:49 my treadmill running belt was delivered. Thanks to Chelsea for keeping me updated on progress and delivery.

I had to get a new pair of glasses and on receival, it was reflecting seriously. Optometrist Riaan was very patient in handling this and didn't charge for a tint that was added to the lenses. <div>Excellent service and quick response to requests. We booked in at Mountain View Estate on 21 September 2019 for a three night sleepover. Excellent venue and host except that the river is 800m from the rooms and bothersome to get fishing equipment down to the river. Also no ablution facilities near the river. Otherwise no complaints at all. Will most definitely use this company again </div>
