On 02/05/2016, I luckily boarded a Mango flight. My flight was scheduled to depart at 19:00 (JE369) , but alas the same flight departed at 17:00 (JE369). Had I not tried to do an online check in which I don't usually do, I would never have known that my flight was rescheduled. Moreover, once I boarded the plane, I decided to use the toilet which was atrocious. It had a strong urine smell, quite frankly it smelt like sewage. What has happened Mango?????
I recently attended a birthday dinner at the bungalow, and was severely disappointed.

The worst part of this experience was as my party and I depart the restaurant, all of us are abruptly stopped at the bar in the middle of the restaurant, with many other patrons watching, to see whether we paid the bill. Ironically we had overpaid to the extent that we tipped the waiter 20%.

This type of treatment is invasive, discriminatory and harassing. I cant believe an establishment such as yours could treat patrons this badly.
On Sunday, I boarded the most uncomfortable BA flight. I take 20 domestic flights a year, across many airlines, this BA flight was perhaps the worst.

It was a sticky sweltering morning in Durban, after waiting an excessively long time to board this flight (due to only one door being open, and a full flight), we find that the air conditioning did not work, due to the a missing component on the plane that was removed during a service.

My shirt was drenched in sweat after navigating through a very hot, stuffy and humid plane to get to row 27. Luckily the plane became cooler after the plane took off, the independent air conditioning overhead failed to work.

I pay a premium price for BA flights for the added comfort and efficiency. On this occasion I got none of this instead inefficiency and discomfort. I am deeply disappointed.
