ICASA is absolutely useless. They do not even bother getting back to you. A body that is supposed to protect the consumer is not doing its job - we are left at the mercy of vultures like Telkom.
I have experienced extremely bad service from MTN's call centre helpline. The agents are rude, sound like they are half asleep, and most importantly not helpful at all. I lodged a query with them on Friday and the matter still hasn't been resolved. Even the people at supervisory level are not helpful. <br> <br> The experience has left me very frustrated to the point where I am even thinking of switching network providers.
