Close your ill -run institution, present realistic timelines and feedback and let go of your supervisors. Its been nothing but pain, I hate this place and I'm glad I will save so many poor lives when they ask for my review since I did Public Administration Undergrad and now my Honours. I can see you are trying to fail me so I can come back and pay deliberately. You are not in sync with what the supervisors says, your poor correspondence as well as those unrealistic adverts you have. Before you deliberately fail me, after giving very unrealistic deadlines to complete the report when the proposal was sent last year September already and then come penalise me for it, know that you could have just come upright and said you don't know what you are doing. My bursary and those that I know will never set foot there. Mancosa is a joke, that drove me to depression.
Honestly, Mancosa must deliberately be setting one up for failure, so you can re-register and make more money off of people. The Honours programme is a nightmare, I'd caution people to never ever register for that. I will not enroll for MBA as well. Mancosa will lead you to depression with their unfriendly impersonal staff as well.

Your call volumes are high for two weeks straight and no answer or direction? Disgusting! You can't bombard people people with scores of papers and then not be prepared to be available for answers. Your service for Honour's research is disgusting and sets people for failure. Everyone in my WhatsApp group does not know what to do and it means generally, your guidance is weak??!!

By far the most appaling and horrible customer service.On 1 December 2024, Your speed point machines are dysfunctional, only to have your staff member with a horrible attitude tell me to walk and go withdraw in the next block. Now I had to wait longer for the order as it was cancelled. She displays disgusting attitude and this is a disregard for customer service.
I have been struggling with a graduation RSVP for months. You don't even communicate. I used to complain about so many problems from your institution, but this is the pits. All you know is to fill up my emails with registering for my post grad degree with you, when I have no desire to do so. I am glad I made the decision to no longer study with your institution. Your calls go unanswered. How are we supposed to prepare for graduation? You are so annoying.
I have been with another bank for decades. In the whole experience, I have had sky-high bank charges that no one could explain. I had always had complaints and they were poorly addressed.
