Keep us upto date with the process of the repair, paint work was not great on collection, no arguments paintwork was redone and we were very happy once we returned to fetch the car, work done on the vehicle was done well and my brand new car now looks like it did when I drove it off the showroom floor. Claims are a Nightmare I submitted a claim on the 18 October for a co payment i had to pay in hospital for a CT Scan The documentation was sent and I received a reply to say more documentation was required, i then got all documentation needed from the hospital to Verify my Admission dates and sent the Hospital invoice and statement as well as confirmation of my banking details After submitting i have had no corespondence I have followed up numerous times with them. The service and Cominication is Really not acceptable to stay the least. Hopefully Now i may receive feedback on my claim?
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, We took our vehicle in to have a oil leak fixed on the gearbox, We went to fetch the car the gear leaver was touching the dash board, The serive manager Ivan's response when we refused to take the vehicle was we have test driven the car its loose but its fine, This is not the way our vehicle was delivered to them, They were not willining to fix it, we took the vehicle to another company and it was fixed that afternoon, Been 3 days and the oil from the gear box is still leaking, dont think they even know what they doing, charge a fortune, then add fees like R570 labour to change the oil, Disgusting, I was going to move our entire companies vehicles over to them as they are so close to our offices, STAY AWAY
The most incompetant company i have ever worked with, debiting accounts on the incorrect dates, every month i call and complain as my account has been debited anything between the 22/23 of the month they insure me the system has been corrected and it wont happen again and not suprising the next month the same story. SO THIS MONTH once again debited on the 22 i call complain they confirm i was on a nadeous debit order they so sorry for the inconvenience caused but on recorder call confirm should it not be fixed i can cancel and claim all premiums paid to date back, SO guess what!!!!@!@ theyredebit the full premium from my account on the 31st ***. Most useless company i have ever had a deal with, only wish i had did some research to see all the negative reviews before i joined and paod them everymonth for my policy.
My daughter insisted on having her party at the Welties Kiddies Farm venue in Weltevreden Park, I booked and confirmed the party a week in advance, on the morning of the party we arrived at the venue at 9.10am, party to begin at 9.30am, nothing had been set up, i tried calling the numbers provided, the phone was off, I went to the living premises knocked no reply, My guests started arriving and i had paid for a set up venue and nothing!!! eventually went back and knocked at the house where i was welcomed by a lady stating to be a guest, she followed up with the owner and i was told there was a mis- communication they thought the party was at 2pm, It then took them close on 75 mins to set up the venue while my guests awaiting tea and coffee and sat between people cleaning and mopping. The experience was horrific to date i have still not received an apology and in turn when i complained i was offered a spur voucher. The jungle gyms are so old and rusted they are unsafe, i wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone complete waste of money
