Intekenare@media24.com Today is the fourth (4th) week that I have NOT received my Huisgenoot!!! The payment has been taken from my bank account, but there is NOTHING in my mailbox. We've ordered a transfer of a fixed Telkom line to another address on the 15th of August 2015, to be installed on the 1st of September. Up to now, NOTHING. We've tried to contact Telkom call centre, spoke to Nontholo, Diago, Bongo, Alicia, Ntahbileng, Babelwe, Jackie on several occasions since the 8th of September. All promise, but no one delivers. I've been holding now for 35 minutes, with NO ONE answering the phone! Pathetic!!!!
