Earlier today I visited the Naartjie store in Clearwater to but tracksuits for my son but I also need to exchange sandals that I had bought in November last year because they didn't fit my son and to my surprise I was told that they can not exchange or return after 30 days. I've been their loyal customer for the past 12 years and it was the first time hearing that. The manager was not helpful at all and didn't even care about my concerns and instead offered to give .e the head office's contact details and refused to give me her name and said they are not allowed to tell customers their names. I am disgusted by ther service and the fact that they are not bothered by their customers dissatisfaction. They have a 'I don't care attitude ' this is the worst custoimer service I've ever received. I will never buy anything from them again
I am an owner of a property managed by Aiv Propoerty Specialist and I've had problems with them since I bought my property. Whoever that does their finance should be fired because they don't know what they are doing. They charged me 27.5% Interest on a monthly basis which was way beyond the recommended Interest rate in RSA. The ridiculous charges were proven by my accountant and AIV refused to refund me but opted to credit my account however, they still expect me to pay legal fees due to errors made by their accountant. No one is willing to explain why im charged legal fees due to incorrect billing. The only thing they are good at is threting with legal action. I've been in contact with Chanelle who had previously indicated that she would investigate the matter and assist in resolving it. Chanelle had promised that she would invite me for a meeting after her investigations to give me feedback however, she does not have answers and resorts to sending a vague email and refuses to meet me in person instead she informs me that legal action will be taken against me. I have indicated to her on several occasions that I'm not refusing to pay however, I need to pay for something that makes sense to me but no one is willing to explain anything. If the costs are legit why can't Chanelle explain them to me????? This is day light robbery and someone must put an end to it. They target individuals like myself who can't afford Attorneys. I wish the Sectional Tittle Ombudsman can intervene because I had reported the matter but no one attended to it. This is the most pathetic, unprofessional, dodgy company I've ever dealt with in my entire life and feel that they should be investigated. Their defence is always threatening with legal action. That's not how you treat your customers.The worst comes to deal with. They don't even deserve 1 star. Precious
On the 27th Sep 2015 we had booked ( 3 months prior) to fly from Durban to JHB. We were meant to fly at 15:45 but when we checked in at 14:55 we were told that we didn't have seats in the plane and that they could not accommodate us. We were then checked in for a flight that was scheded to leave at 17
