This person sells all kinds of merchandise on Facebook & Internet, but he then offers overnight courier and then sends you the following with a pdf online printed waybill: Hi, Am done with the shipment. Below is the company website and tracking numbers for you to track your shipment online. Website: www.highspeedlogistic***press.co.za Tracking numbers: HSPE004991183753-CG See PDF below for the waybill. Such a great company when it comes to Lies, all they can do is lie to their customers. I placed an order on 25 December 2020 which had a system generated delivery date of 2 January 2021. On 31 December 2020 a consultant contacted me and told me that the order is only getting processed then, but delivery date will change to 7 Jan 2021. Then on 8 Jan 2021 I called in and after about 4hours got answered by a consultant, they gave me more excuses and the dispatch promised me that my order wil be delivered on 12 Jan 2021, but yet again they all lie together!!! After phoning them for two days and getting no answer, they finally answered on the 14th of Jan 2021, yet to just tell me more lies and postponing my order deliver again and this time to the 19th of Jan 2021. Unfortunately their poor service is still going strong today the 19th of January 2021, because NO Order Has Been Delivered To My Home Address Yet!!! Mr Shopper and all their staff are stealing from the public!!! This matter should urgently be attended to by South African Consumer Protection Act!! Nico Prinsloo
Roelien had to upgrade her Nashua Vodacom Cellphone contract in August 2015. We decided early in July 2015 to go to the Vodacom Branch in the Goldfields Mall and get info on how we do the upgrade, because Nashua closes down. When we got to Vodacon Shop we met with Liandri who told my wife to decide which phone she would like.Roelien decide which phone she wanted and Liandri put everything together, but first she told us that forms need to be filled out to do the application and to cancel all the Nashua insurances and extra expenses and so we did. Forms where filled out for cancellations and applications. After 2 weeks Roelien had to send her bank statements to finalise application. On 2 Aug 2015 we went to Vodacom Shop again after arranging to do the upgrade on this day, but Liandri was not at work. Then Lucas asked to assist us with the upgrade.He went through everything and we also asked him to make sure all is fixed and no hidden costs. He done the upgrade and confirmed that all Nashua costs are cancelled. First debit went of and no the correct amount.Branch Manager Werner helped us and said he will sort the issue.1 Oct Today and not even a single phone call Still the same debit
