Below is the sad story of my father Maboko John Shingange: "I was phoned by Mr. Mavasa (0780856607) who works for Attorneys company called Mc Baloyi Attorney (0158120595) in Giyani saying that my pension money is ready for payout and I should come immediately to sign the documents. It was 2018 when I started signing the documents and I was also given blank pages to sign by Mr. Mavasa and his wife by the name of Sesani Mavasa telling me that their boss will be the one to complete the documents. Mrs. Sesani Mavasa told me to pay R1500 to her to get the money quicker, which I refused as I didn't have the money. After waiting and also phoning, they kept on telling me to be patient. In March 2020, I started going to the police station and magistrate for help, then Mr. Mavasa told me and the magistrate the money is not there anymore. He told me face to face that my money together with the documents I signed is lost and there is nothing he can do to assist me. I tried to talk to his boss, but his boss never even gave me attention but referred me to someone else in the reception to assist me, and nothing has been done. I heard from others that this company is known for corruption and that some people had to use force to get their money. I am not a violent person, so I cannot use force. Any help I can get to get the money that is due to me, I will appreciate it. Thank you." Any help you can offer to assist my father, will be highly appreciated. We are now using any force we can get in order for him to get his money, even opening a case to the police, we are going to do it if that will help. Thank you
On 11 February, 2016 I phoned Cell c to cancel Getmore subscription and I was told it will be canceled. I was billed for both contract & this getmore at the end of Feb and I phoned cellc and they said the bill was for cancellation notice. I was again billed for both phone contract and getmore for the end of March, and on top of that R35 joining fee for getmore while I requested them to cancel it. I have phoned them many times & went to the cellc branches many times, & they tell me there is nothing they can do, I must continue paying for both since getmore people have to cancel the subscription on their side and cellc has nothing to do with getmore. I ask cellc to bill me separate from getmore charges, but they refused. I tried to ask to speak with supervisor and billing department, but no one is helping me. Again, they billed me for getmore for this month. I visited cellc branch last week & told me getmore was never canceled. Now my phone number is suspended because of getmore fees.

Could you please help me resolve this matter. I never used their getmore service and I don't want to pay for it and want to be billed correctly for my contract phone. Your help is appreciated. Thanks
