I contacted My Debt Hero for Debt Consolidation and spoken to one of their staff members by the name of Eduardo and he said it was possible, little did I know he put me under Debt Review without informing me. He even mentioned I could cancel the service at anytime and will have to pay a fee for the cancellaton,only to find out that this was a Lie. I have emailed them numerous times and spoken to numerous consultants from there to inform them that I did not request Debt Review but rather Debt Consolidation and they must cancel the whole appiication as this is not what I requested. They have blocked all my bank accounts and are refusing to make them availble to me, they are refusing to cancel the Debt Order Mandate they put through on one of my bank accounts, they are refusing to remove from Debt Review and lift the Red flag on my name, though the fault and mess up is on their side. The only lousy thing they did was cancel the service but refuse to uplift the Debt Review Status from my name. They seem to be a fradualent and **** company and my advise to people out there is do not use them. Charlize, Carmen, Layla,She-Lee, Eduardo you guys are ****mers and the most unhelpful and un truthful bunch of people I have ever dealt with. My big question is how can I be penalised and unfairly red flagged for something I never requested or wanted.

So much for the 5-7 working days delivery period<br> I am so disappointed in the service Telkom provided me.When i apllied for the contract online, I was called backed the same day to complete the application.I was debited after 2 days and promised delivery of my device with in the next 5 to 7 days, but have received nothing to date.I phoned in twice and both times i had to wait for a 45mins to a hour before my call was taken.The first time i called i was told there was a system problem therefore my order was not processed.The lady said she will phone me back with a tracking number,which she never did.<br> The second call i made i was told the same thing.The most upsetting thing is that the first debit has already been taken,meaning i am paying for a device that i do not have.<br> <br> Please assist urgently
