I bought a Mutlu battery from Durbanville Motor Spares the in Sept 2018. Battery comes with a 3 year guarantee. I had the battery tested when it was 24 months old and they provide free service. Wednesday the 20th January the car did not want to start. Put it on charge overnight, but nothing. Went to work and had it tested by an electronic at work who said the battery does not hold change. Got my invoice and took it in to Durbanville Motor spares where i bought it. they 1st check if the battery was tested on the 24 month cycle. The guy assisted me and explained how the guarantee work and the claims process. He removed my battery and provided me with a loan battery. The Saturday they called me to inform me that my battery will be replaced and that they will inform my on Monday when i can come and collect. I am very happy with the Service i received and will recommend them. Thank you Durbanville Motor Spares for your extraordinary service.

I ordered a Sony M4 Aqua, waited for a month and received it end July 2015.
Phone lasted for a month, then it just froze.
Took it to Vodacom 4U Cape Gate and they sent it in to Miatland repair centre.
Phone came back 2 weeks later, software upgrade was done.
3 days later phone froze again.
Took it back to Vodacom for repairs.
Consultant told me there is a problem with these phones and wont recommend it.
Again phone was booked in and sent to Maitland repair centre.
Received phone after a week or 2 and a week later phone froze again.
Took it back to Vodacom, the lady said it will just be booked in again and they cant refer to Sony.
Clearly not a software problem as same problem persist after 2 software upgrades.
What is the process to replace this phone as I am fed up with it.
Don't have it for 3 month and no joy with it.
Certainly they need to have a factory warranty to replace the unit that is clearly faulty.
Vodacom you need to address your repair policy on new phones.

I hope I get a response and get this dam phone replaced.
