We were vox clients for more than 4 years. 2 years ago I was talk into a contract for wifi extenders x2 on a 24 month contract. After wich the extenders would be mine. August this year, I contacted client suport to ask why Im still invoiced for the extenders. I was told that the contract expired but it was never rent to own, and I will pay on a month to month now. I canceled my exstender service immidiatly. They send me a sms that stated, that they will collect the hardware on the 30th of August. I took home office and waited the whole day. No one came. Last week I got my monthly statement and saw a invoice on it for R2929.00. I called again. And was told that I didnt return the extenders and was invoiced on the 17th of October for it. I told the person that they were supose to colect the items on the 30th of August and no one came. She said that the note on the system indicated that the currier was at my adrress but there was nothing to collect. I canceled my vox services right there and then. And said that they are bullying me into paying for something twice now. And that I was **** to and that I have to pay now for their negligence and incompetency and that I will not pay anything more. I got another service provider the same day. The next day a lady from Vox called me and said I have to give 30day notice. I repeated myself to her and made it clear that I always comited to my part of the deal, and was treated like what... and I refuse to continue to do busness with them. I will not give 30 day notice. And will not pay the invoice for the hardware. I got a cacelation note that said they will now come and collect the hardware on the 29th of November. I would like to see if they will come. The hardware is already in a bag waiting for them to collect. Today I got a mail from Vox that states that there was someone at my adress on the 17th of October to colect the extenders and that it was without sucsess. I now have to go to a adress in Centurion and deliver it there to them. Or I will have to pay the invoice for R1999... I was never notified that someone would have come on the 17th of October. What is the correct amount, it seems Vox is not sure themselfs? As I have never received the invoices...
Placed my order, it waa accepted by Engen Hatfield at 19.34. 2hrs, a lot of calls later. Not received my order. I already payed for it. Now the outlet are closed. The app doesnt help, the online chat is computerised, you get generic awnsers that dont help. Its a system that is not user friendly. You can not track or comunicate anything. I would like a refund.
I only had good service and experience from ADT since we decided to use them for our security. They are very profesional and go the exstra mile.
After I called the warranty claim department, they refused to review my claim, I mailed the company info desk stating my problem. I got the following reply<br> Please be advise in order to claim on the policy, you are required to contact our claims department directly and they will advise on further steps. <br> They didn't even read my mail. for the second time I put my complaint on paper with the following content<br> \ I have contacted your claims department directly. They didn't want to assist me
I want to submit a claim on my warranty policy ,The lady at the help desk don't want me to submit my documentation, after I explained the problem I had, she said that my assurance will not pay out as I did not consult with the assurance first. previously there was no issues, the company that prepared my vehicle did it before, and I am use to them sorting out my assurance. <br> This time they did not and asked if I could submit it myself. I don't understand what the problem is.<br> They don't even want to let me submit my claim, or look at it. just no.<br> they promise you everything on the phone. but when you want to claim, they have a set of rules. i never received this rules and cant see how they can enforce this. <br>
