AVO online are really bad, dont even bother.
AVO are useless! gave them a chance and they failed miserably. ordered several items online, then they (2 weeks later) came back with alternative options as the supplier was out of stock, this happened 3 times, then after over a month and a half i found out by logging in, that my order was just cancelled, no e-mail, no call, no nothing. then the "concierge" just started ignoring me online when I asked about a refund? Wow, really really bad. still waiting for refund....

The Wedding Venue burnt down refuse to re-imburse
We booked our special wedding day with River Place for December, unfortunately the Restaurant burnt down in September. We immediately decided to cancel our Wedding (4 months prior) to actual date as the venue was now not what we wanted or was promised, they offered their inferior smaller venue at the same price to which we duly declined. (The smaller venue would have initially being cheaper, yet now they refused to give any discount??), We had paid a R15000.00 deposit for the venue which they as yet have NOT paid back yet, they cannot even confirm if they will? yet we cancelled 4 months before the event, the damn place burnt down!! We had family book to stay overnight for the wedding from all over SA, and to this date, not one of my family have received their deposits or payments back yet either? We have requested refunds to no avail. Be aware of this place, they are dishonest and untrustworthy! We can only hope and pray they will eventually refund us!
