This webhsite is a **** and *****. I have ordered parts online, paid the balance as requested and never heard from them again. It is linked to other names in the autoparts industry as well.
I bought a motorbike battery from Ultimate bikes in Randburg. I also spoke to the mechanic about my bike and the issues I have. He told me to bring it in and leave it with him for diagnostics and repairs. I agreed, but with the covid happening, I only returned on 2nd of February. I did however keep in contact with them reminding them that I will bring the bike as requested. On the 2nd February, I asked someone to help me with transporting the bike to their work shop, only to find a aggressive/angry mechanic, telling me that he does not work on project bikes and this bike is too old. He refused help and so I turned back home, feeling insulted and angry. In my opinion, they go back on their word and are not willing to help. The repair shop has no interest in helping customers.
These people overcharge and is doing very poor handwork. I had to redo everything and more that they have done to my VW. For R9232 they got from me, it is a shame that these people can do any business. Please be warned NOT to use them as they are dishonest and promise things they will not or can not deliver.<br> <br> V dub in Primrose, Germiston, Johannesburg. They advertise they work only on vw engines, but is not worth it to leave your car there. It gets parked in a corner and then more important people gets help. Very disappointing.
There was no trolleys or baskets available for customers. This was at 10:15am Wedsday morning. After we enquirer to speak to the manager, he was 'attacking\ us worldly and very sarcastic. We are elderly couple and to be treated like this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!<br> he was making up excuses for the lack of trolleys. he has no customer relations and is not able to do this function as a manager. he is incompetent and I will tell everyone about this incident. <br> Please appoint a suitable
