Bad service
Good Day, I had signed up for Discovery Insure and was happy with the service until I had to put in a claim. In August last year, my son`s iPhone 8 fell and the LCD screen was cracked. The phone was collected, repair and return back to us, still not working. It took the repair centre THREE times to fix LCD screen. The screen was freezing, jumping around, and the last time there was a line running through the screen even though THEY said it was repaired. On 13th January, the phone gave issues again, and up to now I am still waiting for Discovery to come back to me. Really bad service.

Best service received
I had booked to have breakfast at The Vineyard to celebrate my two friend`s birthdays. The waiter was friendly, which made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. We sat outside in the garden, with such breathtaking views of the mountains and the luscious garden. The restaurant was nice, they practiced social distancing, so we rested assured that we were safe. The breakfast box was delicious, with yummy treats, worth every cent. And they made my friend's birthdays so special. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

DISGUSTED WITH SERVICE
I reported my son`s tablet had been lost and I had insurance on the tablet in MAY 2015. I completed all the forms and only received feedback from MTN 3 MONTHS later after I emailed them. And when you call you can`t get through to the insurance claims department. Then I was told that the insurance I had taken out on the tablet was for the blackberry I had before. When I did the upgrade I went from the Blackberry to the Tablet. Why would I still keep my Blackberry insurance when I upgraded to the Tablet?????? Despite the fact that I did complete the insurance forms for the Tablet. I mean really now??? Now I was told by the insurance dept that the tablet was not active from March already. I am still waiting for MTN to send me proof or to contact me. I called now in my lunch break and held on for 45 minutes to get through to their service desk. I AM STILL PAYING FOR A TABLET WHICH I HAVE INSURANCE ON AND I HAVE NOT BEEN EVEN REPLACED WITH ANOTHER ONE.
