Well done on the new rechargeable V8610 pod device. I can see that you listened to your customer complaints and addressed them thoroughly. The USB-C charging port is a great upgrade. There have been no charging issues, no leaking pods and the replaceable battery is a major win for consumers. I have had at least 60+ pods and not a single one of them leaked fluid. You have regained your title as best reusable vape producer.
I still think it's the best vape on the market in terms of the "smoking feeling". It really replicates the feeling very well, and is small and convenient, not obnoxiously oversized. I used to love my Vuse. Made by smokers - for smokers. But since they updated their pods, all has gone downhill. The pods constantly leak, the devices battery is unstable. Charging becomes an issue after just a few weeks of using the device. Some pods "burn out" after a few usages, and the Vuse kiosk will not replace the pods unless it's bought from a "normal retailer" as Kenilworth Centre kiosk told me. Their example was "Checkers, Spar", and in this case I had bought the pods from a small neighbourhood convenience store. If this is the case, please advertise it before hand and be consistent with your replacement requirements. I understand that you are able to keep your device prices low, and we are thankful, but be as consistent as possible, especially with the device's battery quality and charging abilities.
Paid for a stove. It was never delivered and also no communication regarding refund. Not answering calls or emails. Went completely dark. Google says "Temporarily Closed". This was 2 months ago. Contacted competitor and was advised to report to SAPS, as Premier Gas has falsely used their physical address.
Earlier this year I had damage on my vehicle, took it to Chris Craft Panelbeaters for a quotation for my insurance. They provided me with one, slightly cheaper than the cheapest one i had already obtained. I sent it through to my insurance and they payed out. After that i returned to Chris Craft Panelbeaters to have my vehicle repaired I was informed that their quotation was Faulty and now the insurance had payed out almost R 15,000 to little. Chris Craft Panelbeaters failed to help me in ANY way and told me they hold them selves 100% Not Liable, which i understand i a way, but to me that is AS Unprofessional AS it gets. Unfriendly and not in any way a proper business. This all had taken months. Now after consulting with ANOTHER panelbeater (NOT Chris Craft Panelbeaters) in Nelspruit and explaining my situation, they we more than happy to help me out.
