" 1 star" I am extremely disappointed in this company. Please make sure you do not pay anything before you collect your bike. If they owe you money you will have to go the legal route to get even a small amount from them. I had to go to small claims court just to get R900 from them because they charged me twice for a air filter. I am aware they owe a lot of people money.
I have been with Naked for a few years and have had an accident which they were very helpful and willing to assist. I enjoy not having to wait on the phone for someone to pick up and assist and via email they are very responsive. 90% of the service required can be done on the app as well. Keep up the good communication and transparent service and I will have no reason to move insurance.
This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I approached Big Eazy custom bikes to repair my BMW GS1200 drive shaft that broke. I explained to Johan how desperate I was to get this bike fixed as it was my transport means to work and back. Little did I know my experience would only get worse. I was quoted for the repair and paid 10k to get the bike fixed. After a few months I got so tired of the endless stories and delays regarding the repair I just wanted to get rid of the bike and buy another one. Johan me told he had a buyer for the bike and I agreed to sell the bike. countless follow ups, arguments and threats over the course of 6 months, bike was still not even repaired never mind sold. I went to fetch the bike and cancel the "Deal". 4 days later Johan said he will have the bike fixed and sold and refund me the 10k. He continued making up stories and delaying so bad that I got a lawyer involved. He is not intimated by Letter of Demands and lawyers. The bike is now at another mechanic far away from Roodepoort as he tries to bad mouth me by other mechanics in the nearby area. I have been advised that there are things now missing on my bike and it does not start anymore which will now cost me more to fix. I have gone to small claims court to get my money back and will have to go again for the missing parts on my bike. I warn everyone please be very careful when doing business with this company, I wish for nobody to go through what I did with this company. Reading all the bad reviews seems like there are many people in my situation or even worse

I explained to Johan how I had been cheated by the dealership with this bike and would just like to repair it and move on. Little did I know the lying and cheating would only get worse with Johan. I paid 10k to get the bike fixed and then I was told he has a buyer for the bike, I agreed to sell the bike. I was then told that they are waiting for the paperwork from the buyer after multiple calls and begging for updates then Johan says the bank approved the finance of the buyer and 3 months later of struggling to get a proper update I still had not gotten the bike sold. I then went to fetch the bike and cancel the "Deal". The bike had not even been repaired so I took the bike home and 4 days later Johan again said he will have the bike fixed and sold and refund me the 10k. Another 3 months of lies again goes by so bad that I even got a lawyer involved, Johan even lies to my lawyer and has the audacity to ask my lawyer if she can help him with cases he has, I could not believe what I heard. Today the bike finally gets delivered to another mechanic by Johan and he still has the audacity to message me "dit is n plesier" as if I must thank him for delivering my bike. I now have to go to small claims court to get this money out of Johan. I warn everyone please be very careful when doing business with this company, I wish for nobody to go through what I did with this guy.
Please beware of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based in Casecades Road, little Falls, Roodepoort. I bought a vehicle from them and within the first week its electronics stopped working, I took it back and they fixed it within the next week it stopped working again and it mechanically broke down. The dealership nor the Bank will assist in resolving the issue and has put me R20 000.00 in debt to fix the vehicle.
I gave Mweb a heads a month before moving to a new place it is almost a month later and they have not done anything. the customer care line takes about 15 minutes to speak to a consultant, you also are supposed to put a OTP on the call line to a automated response and the OTP never comes through so you have to wait like another 10 minutes to get through. This is absolutely the worst ISP I have ever worked with. please save yourself the stress and do not use MWEB. my fibre line is blocked and I cannot use any other ISP because MWEB have not cancelled my account on their side.
I bought a Audi a3 in april at Jakaranda motors and was told the cars is well looked after and is a good quality first they sold it to me for 180 000 and later i learnt the car isnt even worth 150 000 it is the first car i have ever bought and dont have experience in buy cars and they took advantage of that and ripped me off and the car has just been giving me trouble since i bought it , its more at the mechanics that i drive it ive had to replace wheel bearings, the turbo, the water pumps and turbo pipes its just been a mess up, i hope someone important reads these complaints and takes action and now i cant sell the car for because of the huge anount they asked me for.
