Absolutely appalling service. Tried calling the local Skynet branch in Durban multiple times, they never answer. My call was answered once and I was told that they will check and get back to me?! Tried calling the national helpline, that was a complete waste of my time and money. On hold for over 15 minutes at a time and then eventually the call will cut. Emailed - No response! Tried to chat to their so called support on the website - No response!
Bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla from CMH Nissan Ballito. From the Salesman through to upper management, extremely poor service. I was **** to by the salesman who assured me that the vehicle was not in any prior accidents or fender benders. He told me that the front bumper was resprayed due to the car being low and the under of the bumper s****ing a lot. This was a lie, after thorough inspection (albeit rather too late as the car was purchased by myself), the bumper seemed to have been repaired and the fender lining had to be replaced which obviously tells you that the car did have some damage. This was just the start of many issues: 1. Licensing and registration took 1 month after the permits had expired to be sent to me. 2. The car had to be sent to Ballito about 5 times to sort issues out. Fender lining, brakes, isofix covers for the backseat, alignment not done properly. 3. No service record given, I've had to ask several times until eventually getting it 4. Spare key given was for a different vehicle - They had to cut a new key eventually 5. The most recent issue being a "Check Engine Light" that came up on the dash. This was apparently oxygen sensors that were faulty. This happened within 6 months of me purchasing this vehicle. The vehicle went to CMH Nissan Ballito who informed me that one of the sensors were changed and that the vehicle was fine. When the vehicle was being delivered they noticed the light had appeared again and informed me that the new sensor that they installed was faulty and that they will be replacing it. The vehicle was then sent back to me with the apparent new part bought from Toyota and unfortunately the "Check Engine" light was still on. After much arguing, phone calls and emails, it became apparent that I was **** to and that CMH Nissan Ballito did NOT put a new sensor, they had attempted to fix the wiring to the sensor. All this because the car requires two sensors and they did not want to fit the bill. I had to compromise and pay for one of the sensors so that they can get this fixed! In summary, I would caution anyone buying a used vehicle from this dealership. It seems their values are based on lies, deceit and extremely poor after sales service.
I recently booked tickets to fly to Abu Dhabi in November 2015. I got a mail saying that the flight has been cancelled and that my flight will be moved over to the next day??

I called SAA immediately to ask what will happen to my connecting flights from DBN to JHB which was with another airline and my Accommodation in Abu Dhabi for that night. They basically said, too bad, you have to pay for that yourself! What utter bullshit is that????

If I cancelled my booking, I would have to pay a fee. When they cancel the flight, I still have to pay!!

This change from SAA cost me R2,500-00.

I have sent countless emails and posted this query on various social media platforms, however, it seems like every reply I get comes from an automated drone!

The biggest bullshit I heard was that they cancelled the flight way in advance so that I have enough time to sort my bookings out. What!!!!!!???

Nevertheless, SAA will probably not respond to this Complaint and I suppose that's a norm now.

I will Never book with SAA again, other airlines value their customers and go out of their way to make their lives easier and that's why they are as successful as they are.

**** You very much!
