I purchased goods online on Friday morning (24 Nov), paid for it, received a "payment successful" and received my order numbers. I then called Makro on the Monday to enquire when I come to collect the stock. They informed me that the payment did not go through as Makro had issues and errors on the online system due to the traffic on black friday. They advised me to now pay for it at the normal price as there is no stock because payment did not go through????? How is this fair?? This is a makro mistake and they should fix it. I am happy to pay as I understand that the payment did not go through, but then they should allow me to purchase it at the black friday price. If I knew payment was not successful then I would have purchased it at Take a lot.......I now know that Makro is not reliable.... I will NEVER PURCHASE anything online again from Makro. The online department can just as well not exist......... When you phone them, they just tell you sorry for the inconvenience caused, but you cannot have it at the discounted price???? I will not rest.... This is not acceptable.... I
<p>I will never ever in my life buy any of the Police products. I bought a watch at Edgars about 11 months ago for my husband as his 40th birthday gift. I wanted to buy something special, but little did I know what **** I was actually buying. The first time he wore the watch and washed the car, there was fogg on the inside of the class.... (the watch is supposed to be waterproof). The strap also came loose regularly. I then took the watch back to Edgars and they send it in for repairs.... After getting it back, it seemed to be fine, but then it started fogging up again and the strap came loose again.. My husband took it to a few jewelry shops to get the strap fixed but it still comes loose. I have contacted Edgars again, and they suggested I bring it back for repairs once again.... I would rather have a fake lucky packet watch then this one........... Police what an EMBARRESBMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!...... Reallly......</p>
When it was time to upgrade, hubby phoned cell c since he is the account holder on both our numbers. With lots of backwards and forwards calls he eventually managed to do an upgrade on my number. When I got the phone the sim-reader was faulty and the phone was sent back to Cell C. When my husband tried to follow-up, he was sent from pillar to post as non of the departments could help. Then cell C cancelled the upgrade in error. So we had to go through the same painful process again. The second phone was received and I literally had it for 2 weeks and then all of a sudden it did not want to charge at all...till today it is still dead... When I phoned Cell C they suggested that my husband send a letter in order for myself to be a contact so that I can phone cell c for any queries I might have as my husband does not have time to phone Cell C 5 times a day to fight to get things done. After sending this letter which my husband signed two weeks ago it still has not been updated. When I phoned cell C they suggested that my husband phone to get this activated..... AGAIN.... Back to square one.....Can't wait to cancel this 14 year contract with Cell C...CELL C IS USELESS!!!
