NO RESPONSE RECEIVED!!!<br> <br> I purchased a contract during April 2014.<br> The following is a history of the times that this tablet was returned to your repair centre in Potchefstroom:<br> Job no Date<br> 10147915 8 August 2014<br> 10168653 16 August 2014<br> 10225262 6 September 2014<br> 11140136 20 October 2015<br> After the third and fourth times that the device was returned for repair I voiced my opinion that it is obvious that this device was a dud as my friends that have the same device have not experienced any problems,when this device was returned to me the fourth time I was informed that the problem has been sorted out and that I would not experience any further problems.Unfortunately the same problem is being experienced.I am now in the position where I have renewed my contract but my device is not under warranty any longer. I am of the opinion that this device should be replaced as I have been experiencing a problem with this device from the beginning of my contract. I am a disabled pensioner and make use of my tablet to do all the necessary and so limiting the necessity to commute to the various institutions to make payments.<br> <br>
My Fiance took us for lunch to The Famous Fishoek, what an absolute disgrace!!! First we were told that they couldn't grill anything because they were out of gas...didn\t know we had a gas shortage. Then my fiances fried kingklip arrives with an extra piece of protein with it...the undesirable type...a fly...fried into his piece of fish...he sent it back
I called in to change cover from my existing vehicle to my newly purchased vehicle, and i was lucky enough to deal with Naledi that has such a friendly and efficient way of dealing with a customer, I have been with King Price for approx 2 years, and only have good things to say about their service and call centre agents.<br> <br> Thanks Naledi, you are truly a GEM :)
