On day 9/10/15 i took my ford 3.2 4x4 for repairs which was not fixed, but reported will come back to me to bring in the radio for repairs which was not done.On receiving this vehicle i complained about the noise on radio which is hard and soft on regular basis which was again not fixed,The foreman said he can not hear the problem whereby he called the mecanic to identify the problem on which he then agreed on the problem,The foreman and the guy assist me Desmond then said to me they will take the radio and send to the factory by monday whereby they will decide to fix it or replace it ,Desmond will then inform me by tuesday 13/10/15,By friday 16/10/15 i try to phone desmond the phone ring only after 6min i drop the phone, nobody tel assistant came back to me saying they can not find him and call me back,On 19/10/15 i got hold of desmond on phone he said he was not at work for a week but he send a e mail early on 19/10/15 and will call me back the next day for feedback which was not happening,On wednesday 21/10/15 i phoned the manager workshop tell him i am very disapointed whith the poor service. He then said will come back to me the next day which not happened .
