Sold me a car that had broken parts. They cable tied the wiper and even left sand paper in the engine as they tried to cover the damage. Never told me that the car was in an accident. But to another Ford dealer they admitted that they knew it was in one.

<p>In contrast to the poor, couldn’t-care-less attitude from the originally approved company assigned to repair my vehicle following an accident during the Christmas holiday period, Leon's Panelbeaters in the Strand was willing to assist me immediately and go the extra mile. Leon’s got down to work right away and arranged for me to check my vehicle in for repairs within 24 hours of being approved as the new service provider by Discovery Insure. The service was highly efficient, friendly and professional. I received regular feedback about every aspect of the repair process. Leon’s did an excellent job and my vehicle looks like new. Thank you for a job really well done. I highly recommend Leon's Panelbeaters in the Strand!</p>

WE TOOK OUT FORD RANGER BAKKIE TO LEON'S AUTO IN RUSTENBURG FOR A 35000 KM SERVICE.<br> ON ARRIVAL A CONSULTANT DID A CHECK ON THE VECHICLE ON MADE A NOTE OF ALL LITTLE SCRATCHES ETC. <br> THE FOLLOWING DAY WE COLLECTED OUR VEHICLE AND WENT HOME. ON ARRIVAL WE SAW THAT THE FRONT SPOTLIGHT ON THE BUMBER WAS COMPLETELY CRACKED. WE COULDNT TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK BECAUSE IT WAS A SATERDAY AND THEY HAD CLOSED ALREADY. <br> ON MONDAY I PHONED AND REPORTED THE DAMAGE. <br> THEY NOW SAY THAT THEY DIDN'T CAUSE THE DAMAGE AND THAT I NEED TO PAY HALF OF THE SPOTLIGHT (+-R 1200.00). <br> <br> I AM VERY DISAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE THAT WE ARE GETTING.

Monday 14 December 2015 I applied for a motor finance at Leons motors and was assisted by Jimmy sibusho who promised to communicate with me regarding my application but I waited and phoned him the next day he said he only lodged my application on Tuesday, waited the whole Tuesday and Wednesday then I called the the switch board lady told me they don't have that kind of person, it was a white lady I h<br> ad to explain him to her and after a while she remembered and transfered my call. Then I ask Mr jimmy how is my application he tells me it's on someone s table some where and I asked him if it's approved or decline he said it's decline due to affordability. If I had not phoned I will still be waiting. Poor switchboard, poor follow up I regret going to that place to try to buy my first car. I will tell every one who is willing to listen about how I was treated

On day 9/10/15 i took my ford 3.2 4x4 for repairs which was not fixed, but reported will come back to me to bring in the radio for repairs which was not done.On receiving this vehicle i complained about the noise on radio which is hard and soft on regular basis which was again not fixed,The foreman said he can not hear the problem whereby he called the mecanic to identify the problem on which he then agreed on the problem,The foreman and the guy assist me Desmond then said to me they will take the radio and send to the factory by monday whereby they will decide to fix it or replace it ,Desmond will then inform me by tuesday 13/10/15,By friday 16/10/15 i try to phone desmond the phone ring only after 6min i drop the phone, nobody tel assistant came back to me saying they can not find him and call me back,On 19/10/15 i got hold of desmond on phone he said he was not at work for a week but he send a e mail early on 19/10/15 and will call me back the next day for feedback which was not happening,On wednesday 21/10/15 i phoned the manager workshop tell him i am very disapointed whith the poor service. He then said will come back to me the next day which not happened .
