Asba the worst bank ever, as I complain they have not refunded me the money they took from my account even though I told them that I did not authoriser this debit order from their vehicle finance. I spoke to Dimakatso Kgoete and she promised that the money will be in my account yesterday the latest today but still nothing. As soon as I get the money to pay off my overdraft I am closing this account and also changing my home loan to another institution
I deposited money on their account on 28 using my cell number as a reference but till today nothing, who reconsile their books, R150 lost to yes play

Very disappointed with the incompetent service i got from sport scene store in rustenburg. I went there to buy my self shoes for R1000 knowing i have a voucher of R250 if you spend R1000 or more but when i got there they could not assist me saying tfg man thats not belong to sports scene. The lady who helped me was like impatient. Can you please clerify for me which is tfg man?
Waited outside the bank for 1 hour 30 min only to verify that i don't have any accounts with them. The service is pathetic. A security guard is acting as a information clerk but with out any information. I am extremely happy that i don't have an account with any of you
I was called by a consultant to upgrade my mtn contract. And i decided to take it was around june but still i don't have the phone but the debit order keeps coming off.

A simple nurse an everyday customer taken to heart. It really melt my heart. Thanks for not treating me like just a number or by the value of my bank balance. Thanks to the lady who called and updated me of the status of my query. Keep up the good work. I got the money back i can now pay my municipality account all thanks to you guys.
