<p>After consulting with so many people my issue is still not resolve and im still waiting for my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent you guys my bank statement 3 weeks ago and no one bothered to get back to me. I have been waiting since May to be told today that my refund was not processed. Im not happy!!!!!!! I want my money back. You can even ewallet or EFT or send it via shoprite I just want my money back. Pay back my money?!</p>
You need to do something about your service. Its very poor and your staff members are lazy and rude. I have been calling your customer service number for over a week and the number rings and the call drops. I'm still waiting for my paid up letter. I'm giving you guys 14 days or I'm going to escalate this to credit ombudsman.

I placed an order via Facebook and called to confirm for my son's birthday party that was suppose to be in August. Sent the proof of payment few later but i had to cancel the party and i advised her of the cancellation on time and asked for a refund and she said she doesn't have an issue in refunding me the money, Provided her with banking details to transfer the money and that was in July. Up until today i haven't received any funds.I keep on sending her inbox on Facebook but she just reads and never replies.
