Matrix an utter disappointment
This must be the worst tracking company in South Africa. No accountability to check from time to ti.e that tracking device is in a working order. Long waiting times when phoning, mostly no answer. Staff seem unsure of the products and how they work. It seems there is no proper accounting principles for working with customers money. Statement, no Statement can be given and/or is necessary, I'm told. Over all just stay away there are better tracking companies than Matrix.

Anatomic Platinum bib poor quality
Bought a platinum bib from Anatomic Sport wear. First the seam came loose. That was repaired. Now the gel padding has lost its form and is flat.

Stay away from this company. They take your money and papers and then are not reachable. Papers can't be returned.

Sony Xperia Z1 Compact Cracked Screen
Sony Xperia Compact Z1 phone cracked while in my pocket.<br> This is supposedly a waterproof dust proof rugged phone.<br> The screen simply cracked and Sony refuses to fix the screen.<br> It seems from searches on the internet that this phone has a defect.<br> I won't be buying another Xperia ever again.
