I bought a jacket from WearDirect and realized its not suitable for my current needs and asked for a replacement, where Pieter Boonzaaier assisted me with a replacement with no questions asked, extremely impressed with the service

I recently bought a Platinum bib from the factory outlet in Cape Town. I mentioned that the seams on my previous bib tore open and I had to take it to a tailor to fix. I was told that it should not happen and that I should just bring it in when it happens again. This weekend I am doing Ironman in PE and the new bib I bought is also tearing at the seams. I phoned to arrange for replacement bib but was told that they can only send it back to the factory to stitch again.

I did not buy the bib as a factory reject as it cost R1400+ but it turns out that the quality on their product is reject quality. The reluctance of the manager to exchange the product is absolutely poor and makes the situation even worse..

Three weeks out from the biggest cycling event in Johannesburg (Telkom 947 Cycle Challenge) and we were yet to have shirts made. I contacted Elton Herridge from Anatomic Sportswear and he was receptive, open to assist and really helpful.

Giving us timelines required on their side and design requirements, Elton assured me by Wednesday before the race we will have our shirts.

Without fail Wednesday morning Elton informed us the shirts are there ready for collection, all promises held on his side. The shirt quality and design printing was abolutely fantastic and we are not for one moment sorry we contacted Anatomic.

This is service you struggle to find in SA these days, well done Elton and thanks again for saving the day. The shirt helped me over the line ;)
