Good Day, We have signed up with Vox for what has not even been a full month yet and I am finding the service appalling. Please see attached emails regarding the wifi speed where a ticket was “logged” but no response ever sent, I was advised that the download speed would be unthrottled and we would get minimum of 10GB/sec – we are some days not even getting 1GB/sec. Secondly to call your call centre with an account query is a joke as they offer every option from being handed over to making payment arrangements but no option for a simple account query?? We received the Sim card on the 4th July and so far I have received 2 invoices (IAB27878215 dated 4 July to 1 Aug – R780.37) then 2nd invoice (IAB28155401 dated 1 Aug to 1 sept – R699) – please advise how the 1st invoice for a pro rata month is more than the invoice for the full month of service?
I cancelled my families' contracts with Virgin Active due to the bad service and lack of interest in their clients. after months of been a member, not one of us received a welcome or were showed around the club, we were left to our own devises. now a couple of months after cancelling our contracts, and receiving confirmation of the cancellations, we are still debited the fees and getting emails claiming we owe them money.
I'll give a 2-star rating as the driver was polite, but after receiving the incorrect order from burger king and submitting photos evidence they advised they could not refund us. R520.00 down the drain
We Ordered R520.00 on Uber eats while in Port Elizabeth and our order arrived incorrect, cold and a mess. Burger King nor Uber eats would refund us
amazing food, with very friendly staff
Always such a lovely atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly, but what really makes this restaurant special, is its amazing food.
we have been paying for our vehicle warranty religiously every-month and the one time we need to claim they give pay out half the price as what is stated in the covered parts, and then they also take more money off the claim for access. and we still haven't been paid out the claim money yet they agreed to pay. Claim was logged on 25/11/22 and it is now 02/12/22
i had an issue with some beer i purchased and reported it to customer care, within a week they had replaced the product
very friendly and helpful staff, ordered a bicycle yesterday and can't wait to see what it looks like, if all good i will change this rating to 5 stars
While i was in Cape Town last month, i ordered meals a couple of times from UberEats and always received my food in time, keep up the great work
