The experience started fine but when we experienced issues they committed to sort out their workmanship and after more than a year it was not resolved. Be careful about their promises or warranty commitments.
Cosmo Pools have been very professional and stuck to promises with regards to delivery and installation. This type of service is rare! Thank you to Christo and his team for a good transaction.
We have Afrihost fibre installed and have daily intermittent connectivity. When it is connected it runs at full speed but will suddenly loose connectivity and then nothing. After about two minutes it will connect again and so it goes every day. We grew now tired to resolve the issue and we just get told 6 there is nothing wrong and we need to get this sorted out with Openserve as they provide the infrastructure. This type of service is really unacceptable.

We have been having major challenges with regards to emergency medical procedures authorisations with Medshield. This has been almost six months of correspondence trying to resolve a query. The major problem is either no response or a new person are trying to assist and they either are not following up on history or are in no way committed to getting to a solution. This is very frustrating and very unprofessional. Their statement of why they are a preferred service provider:" Our capable, friendly staff at our Contact Centre will ensure that you have a hassle-free experience and will provide you with information to give you peace of mind that your medical scheme is always there for you.", is simply NOT the case!!!
