**** site. Selling Lion batteries at cheap prices . Received quote and banking details made payment never heard from them again. Does not answer numerous emails No telephone number or physical address . Please dont buy from them . Spread the word !!!

DONT BUY FROM THE SOLAR SHOP ZA . Placed and paid for a Pylontech Lio battery on the 2 nd April . Cant get any feedback, Wynand Botha , so called sales assistant , doesnt reply on numerous mails and the site doesn`t have a telephone number . Only 2627 Tsenin rd , Kuruman. **** **** **** . avoid them !

Worst Call centre supervisors !!!!!
This will be the second complaint about the samsung call centre. On 29- Oct 2015 I lodged the first complaint about Samsung call Centre and FX Cellular in Zambesi \breaking "my phone and being unable to fix it. I got a reply from Samsung SA on 29-10-2015 stating : \""We have referred this matter to our customer service division who will be in contact with you in this regard \"" Till today NO ONE has contacted me. I was fed up with \""supervisor\"" TSHEPO constant lies of phoning back so I decided to take the matter up with his supervisor INNOCENT MALOLEKA. Suprise suprise. He also promised to phone back. I phoned on 17-11 "

Samsung Call Centre / FX cellular Zambezi
In July I took my Samsung S4 to FX Cellular in Zambezi to repair my screen under ADH. After the screen was replaced the phone was unable to charge and the signal would completely fade away. Took the phone back the \tecnician "said he fixed it "
