<p>I went to stay at Monzi Safari Tented Lodge.</p> <p>We were greated by 2 very friendly reception staff... We were shown our tent, however we were in a rush and just looked at it and locked it and left with our key.</p> <p>When we got back at 1am to now go sleep we tried to open the tent we were shown and it would not open, we called the security who tried to no luck... He then went upstairs to a different tent and told us that we were originally shown the wrong tent.... (Luckily we had not left our bags in the first tent we were shown, otherwise we wouldve been stuck without or bags till the reception staff got there the next day.</p> <p>However even after that mix up the facility was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly, we are definatly planning on going back again.</p>
<p>Going to Spar in meerensee Richards Bay has become more a digusting waste of time then anything else.</p> <p>The food mainly from the baker is off... Just the stickers get replaced with new ones. (feel free to check on FB regarding all the customer complaints regarding that issue)</p> <p>But on sunday I needed to get juice and viennas.. I run into the shop the staff there was so rude they stand chatting in the isle making it difficult for me to get through. None the less I carry on eventually get to the till and the staff behind the till at the cigerette counter is so un interested its shocking. There is a person blocking my way next to me so I put my basket on the other side.. The cashier refuses to help me she tells me to move my basket to the other side (where there is no space due to the other customer)... I then wait and move to the other side, i put my basket on the counter and she will not unpack it, I had to take everything out for her then she gives me attitude.</p> <p>After the transaction is complete I then ask her for airtime... she ignores me talks in zulu to the cashier next to her and makes that cashier ring up my airtime.... and she just stands there giving me staring at me, i had to move over and pay the other cashier and take my airtime.</p> <p>This is not the first time having such bad service at that shop</p> <p>Firstly I do not know how the health inspector has not shut the place down.. Spar's logo is *garuntee freshness** hahha what a joke, 90% of the perishible food in that shop is OFF. I would love to know if the managers actually eat food from their own shop.</p>
I went to angel Berry with my daughter ... I waited there while 3 seperate staff members looked at me <br> & ignored me. Then another customer came in next to me and they started helping her.<br> I then said to them that I was first and the customer apologiesed to me... I told her that it was not her fault & it was the staff that were in the wrong.<br> I was then confronted by the male staff member who took me on verbally saying that how can it be there fault., as well as numerous other stuff, he argued with me and was so rude & confrontational<br> I was shocked at the way he was talking to me and treating me infront of the other staff members & customers that were in the shop.<br> I then asked him for the managers name which he would not provide me with.<br> He then took my order after giving me our ice-cream i asked him for his name, he told me it was Chris Mabaso (which I cannot believe) On the slip there is a name/surname of olwethu... He then went back behind the counter and left me and my daughter standing there.. he did not even finish with our order. I had to then approach another staff member and ask her to complete my daughters ice-cream with sprinkles.<br> the instore footage shld be viewed
i bought a corner lounge suite and since the day we got had nothing but problems. <br> the staff working in the store has a i dont care attitude.<br> they pick our lounge suite up because the assesor was supposidly coming to inspect it.... we sit on the floor that nite no one from the rbay store bothers to call us to notify us about whats happening. we come into the store the next day and we get told \oh he didnt come". <br> why did none of the staff notify us. I have basically paid R10 000 to sit on the floor..... this couch has already been replaced once by them after a huge battle this is now the second time that my kids and i are sitting on the floor because of the bad quality and attitude of the staff.<br> """
