I have dealt with Adelaide Ruwisi from Lwp properties for a property that I wanted to rent and i have experienced the worse customer service from her. I wanted the pool safety cover/net fitted before we moved into the property as i have little kids and safety is a priority, and instead of her making sure a cover or net was fitted...she started to argue the matter of the pool safety net/cover. I was shocked that being an estate agent, she did not know that a pool safety cover/Net is compulsory for a private swimming pool by Law!, what kind of an agent does not know the law right, I then found out that she is a candidate property practioner...No wonder she does not know the Law for safety rules for a private swimming pool. I did not take the property because of the way they handled this matter , and they wanted me to pay a further rental amount in before fixing the pool cover issue ,and because she was so rude and arrogant in handling this matter. She did not refund me my R30000 deposit to date, and has not had the decency to respond to any emails concerning my deposit. This agent is very rude and acts as if she is doing you some sort of favor when sourcing a property. After reading other reviews on this company and specific agent, I am not the first to be experiencing such bad service from Adelaide Ruwisi and LWP Properties. I do not recommend them to anybody at all. Anybody is free to reach out to me for more information and how Iwas wronged by this company.
I have been to vodacom shop at the Victoria Centre in Pietermaritzburg in August 2015 to reinstate my 7 contracts. I was given some documents to fill in and had to pay to re-instate my lines. I was told that it would take 7 working days for my lines to be activated again, i had 2x Red Vip contracts, and 5 other contracts.<br> After the 7 day period i went in to Vodacom to fetch my simcards and devices for the 7 lines, only to find out that they had changed my contracts without permission or notification. They manager said that she will contact headoffice and get back to me. I called the next day, and was told the manager is not in, and everyday after that for a week. I then went back to the Vodacom shop to speak to the manager, apparently she was busy in a meeting, so i left. The next day and 3 days after that they had an excuse everytime i went in to speak to the manager.<br> From August 2105 they have been debiting my account, yet i dont have any simcards for the 7 lines, i dont have devices for the 7 lines, it is totally ridiculous to take money from a persons account yet providing no service!<br> I have had to engage an attorney to sort this issue out with vodacom.<br> Vodacom is USELESS!
