Unprofessional - don't know what they are doing
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: it has been a comedy of errors from the start. Firstly, we waited over 30 minutes to process the purchase. Since the person assisting was new, I was patient and understanding although the manager helping her could not do better. My biggest mistake was ordering a sofas that required delivery in three week’s time. I received three calls from their delivery guy stating that they were 5 minutes away. Imagine how much money they wasted on petrol. And then the actual date came for delivery they did not deliver!! To summarise – I found the Rochester branch manager to be ********* and extremely unprofessional. I have complained to JD group and nothing!! The whole experience was terrible – will not be purchasing anything from the JD Group ever again.
