It was me and my sister's first time at this place and when we wanted to leave we had to pay the bill and the machine declined our card even though we had sufficient cash in our card. We stayed at the venue for about 2 hours trying to figure out what the issue w a only to find that the speed point machines don't work proper, we spoke to the Manger and asked for a compasation for being inconvenienced and us leaving 5 minutes before the curfew he just told us there's nothing he can do but just give us free tequila shots. We witnessed alot of people leave without paying their bills but we decided to stay and pay but we were not treated as we expected. There was 1 bouncer that was so rude to us and kept coming to chase us away without knowing what the reason was for us to still be there I personally would not come back to this place and I'd never recommend anyone to come because the service we received was very awful.
I placed an order on 14 De 2028 at 18:49 on line for delivery around 19;00 when i called the store to check my delivery i couldn't get through. I eventually called the customer service line & the lady i spoke to also couldn't get through to the store manager, I've paid for my order online & i want my refund!!! I am disappointed in the service i received because i got an sms confirming that the store received my order.
I placed a complaint last Month on Hello Peter about my billing issue that i have, i was billed about R4700 last month and incurred bank charges for this. Ithen called the call centre & was told that a mistake was done and 100Gb was loaded on my account and it will be reversed ,i got an sms a day later saying that my query has been resolved. This morning i got sms saying that my account will be debited R3722.26, why is this if my account was fixed. this is ridiculos, i've had issues with my account ever since i took this contract with Mtn. i need this issue to be fixed or just cancel my contract because clearly i am not a valued customer.
This is now the 3rd incident i have encountered with Mtn within 4 weeks, my debit order for my contract is R288 but to my surprise early hours of this morning there was a debit order of R4771 that went off my account. I need to know what is happening, why am i billing this amount? the debit order has now come back as unpaid because i had insufficient funds in my account, now i am sitting with backing charges of almost R150 because of Mtn. how am i now suppose to buy this months debit order? i am really disgusted by this treatment that i have received from Mtn. i need to cancel my contract because i cant deal with these ongoing issues.
i have a contract with MTN since July 2017 and when i took the contract i requested that i want to keep my old number , when the activation was done i found out that the sim card wasn't RICA'd and i had to do it myself, there after i noticed that my request to have my old number switched to the new sim card wasnt done, 1st i called the call centre to activate my data share and i was told that it will be activated within 24 hours but its now a week and still nothing. I then called the activations call centre on the 26th September to get my sim card switched to my old number and was told it will take 2hours to 24hours , i then called on the 27th September and was told it take 3 working days, its the 3rd day today and its still not fixed. i am really disappointed with the service i got, i have to buy airtime and data meanwhile i am paying for a services that i can't even use.
I sent my change of details form to [Email Removed] on 27 October to change my cellphone number. After 2 days I called the mtn zakhele call centre to find out if it has been done but it wasn't and was told it takes 3 days to change it and I should call the next day. I then called on friday and was told it has not been changed it takes 3-7 working days I then requested to speak to a supervisor and was given a guy by the name of Siya, he asked to which email address I sent the form I told him I sent the email to the zakhele email address as written on the form and he said that was the incorrect email and I should forward it to [Email Removed] and he will sort it out for me. On Monday morning I checked my emails to see if he had responded but he hadn't so I called and he said he will check his emails and get back to me but he didn't I then called back later in the afternoon and he said he replied to my email saying I need to send a certified copy of my ID but I never got such an email from him. I agreed and said I will send it and he said he will sort it out but he still hasn't. Today I called at 10:50 and he was on a call and was told he will call me but he hasn't.
