They entered into contracts with us for shop fitting.. upon completion they start making excuses on balance payments and are busy ghosting us….. Luna Mart in Lansdowne has been finalised and we are yet to recieve final payments months later… we have iniated legal proceedings but the director is just ignoring our requests…. PAY YOUR SUPPLIERS!
i would never recommend this company to anyone for purchasing machinery... their owner Eric Yin does not deal with clients when they have real problems and their cape town staff does not know how to handle clients or problems.... they sell great machinery but there is absolutely no back up service after the sale has been completed..... THIS IS A NO GO SUPPLIER

I have asked him on numerous ocaasions and he everytime assured me it will get delivered. Attached please also find the payments made to Johan (R8000 & R15 000) also I would like top bring to your attention tha the fitting for Adderley Street Xpresso took 2 weeks to complete and I have received numerous stories on this during that period on why it took so long… the leaks were still a problem after Johan has done works on this and this has forced me to get in other supppliers to fix his problems… my client at the end of the day did not pay me as a result of this so I am out of pocket on quite a bit of money. Also added to this I expresed to Johan that I need the invoice for my tax retuirns as they will be incompleted and I will be liable to a fine for late submissions… Johan has clearly shown me that he does not take the clients reqhuests at heart or seriuosly and I am hereby requestin full labour refunds and the additional costs for this fixing of his problems… should we not come to some form of agreement then I will take legal action in obtaining my funds back and the legal costs will the get added to this amount… I will also then Hello Peter your company in the event that we can not reach an solution due to the damages that I have needed to incure due to this</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope that you can understand my frustration with this regard and I have exhausted my requests with Johan personally before taking this route.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
I am extremely annoyed with your Motorport Table View branch and must say they are giving VOLKSWAGEN brand an extremely bad name... I purchased a Volkswagen Polo TSI Hi-Line DEMO and must say that the service department is the most unhelpful bunch of salary takers I have needed to deal with<br> 1. Selling chipped and scratched vehicles to clients with the service department okaying that all is fine to them upon delivery<br> 2. Fixing a damaged right rear window that takes more than 1 month to fix, but selling it faulty<br> 3. Still waiting on the sunroof after 4 months to get fixed<br> 4. And then having my spare wheel stolen out of my vehicle while in for repairs at the same branch<br> 5. If this is the type of vehicles and services Motorport Table View and VOLKSWAGEN promise then maybe they should reconsider their place in the market and not wonder why Hyundai is overtaking them in sales and have an exceptional service department... <br> I will never use Motorport Table View for anything else in my life again nor will my car ever be service there! And urge anybody who consider to buy anything from them to be sure they are in for a world of issues...
