In regards to my last complaint on 07.02.2025 I have not been contacted by Compendium Insurance nor by PVW Inc Attorneys. 5 business days have passed no email and no call.
I am writing a review as a third-party claim client for an accident that occurred 19.09.2023 and formal acknowledgement of claim was on 16.04.2023 by submission of claim form sent by PVW Inc. Attorneys ( by Michael Ebraham) acting on behalf of insurance company in mention for third-party claims, which was completed and sent in due course. 31.07.2024 I contacted PVW Inc. Attorneys to check on progress of claim as no feedback was given and I was informed that Michael was no longer employed by company therefore claim not processed as they were unable to access his emails. I was then asked to resend forms to continue with claim and I did so in time. Ayyeb Gumede was now handling claim and the telephonic conversation between Ayyeb and I was unpleasant as he was very unprofessional to a point where he informed me "it's not his problem that I am uninsured, I should have insurance!" after my complaint of negligence on their behalf and time frame to attend to matter as by law third-party claim turnaround time is 3 months. Documents to process forms were sent on the same day (31.07.2024) to officially process claim. I then telephonically contacted PVW Inc. Attorneys for follow up on 20.08.2024 and I was also informed by Ayyeb that it is my responsibility to check on feedback as company is not authorized to do so. Ayyeb then requested proof of ownership of vehicle on 06.09.2024 and docym sent the following day. Panel beaters issued 1 quotation and an invoice... 1) R5500 paid to fix bonnet which was unable to open that I had to pay from my own pocket as I depended on my vehicle for income and this required use of vehicle for 3 months as I repaired vehicle on 21.12.2023. 2) R4500 for further damage to vehicle due to overheating. Ayyeb informed me that I was negligent in using my vehicle and it is not their client's responsibility to pay for the additional damage. Attorney company wants to issue R4500 whereas no inspection was done on vehicle to assess damage and I find this very unfair and disappointing as I had to issue R5500 from my own pocket. Initial claim amount is R10 000 to cover costs for what has been paid and the additional damages to my vehicle for an accident I did not cause. If we want to speak on negligence let's address the issue that it has taken 17 MONTHS for this matter to be attended to and I refuse to be short-changed and be held responsible for an accident I did not cause. Matter is not yet resolved and I am still waiting on a refund as I disputed the R4500 company is willing to compensate me!

I had called in at Tracker on 03/11/2015 to confirm if my device was still active as I normally received notification via sms. I was assisted by an agent Sabelo Mbanjwa from Product Support, I informed him of nature of call and to my surprise he told me that my tracker had been cancelled on 12/08/2015 via email and cancellation processed and finalised on 12/10/2015. The email address in which they received \cancellation"does not belong to me and it states that I currently live in the UK"
