They went out of their way to get us the cheapest quote.Even after we rejected the quote because it was to high they called again and gave us a quote we accepted
Their service is awsome especially Riaan at the front desk.They make it so easy for you to feel comfortable and explain everything to you and have a lot of patience and are very friendly.I would recommend them any day
We went there 9h00 in the morning for coffee and a snack.music too loud.we waited for half an hour for a little meat and chips and after the half an hour we asked for the food then they only wanted to start heating the oil for the chips.And we were the only 2 people.if they were busy I would understand.And doesnt matter how the service is they add the tip on your invoice.but otherwise they are very friendly.

This will be the 4th time I am lodging a complaint.Not that it helps because nothing gets done about it but just for other people to think twice before they order from these people.After all the problems I had with them they said they will send me my tablet.Since February I have not received my tablet and when I phone I have to hear the same story over and over again.\They are waiting for the courier service\".My tablet is with them since July 2015.I made like 50 telephone calls to them but all in vain.Today I called in again.2 Supervisors wasn't there so they tried to get me someone else.I held on for like 15 minutes..Fisher came back to me just to tell me no supervisor available.He will send Lovern a supervisor an e-mail but I have to phone again on Friday.<br> WHAT A DISGRACE.STILL I CANNOT GET MY TABLET"
With my 1st complaint one of their pupil phoned me back but could not resolve my problem.It is 5 months that my tablet is with fonechoice.The first time Mr Botha let me know they declined the claim,then he referred it back to them.In that time they switched to another insurance company and just told me everytime they still waiting for the insurance.Last week I spoke to a Cindy who promised she will give Mr Botha a message to contact me,which he didn't.Today I phoned just to hear that my claim has been declined again.No phonecall from anyone and again Mr Botha did not want to speak to me because he was to busy phoning clients back according to the consultant with the name of Fisher but Mr Botha cannot contact me.I asked them to give me a cancellation figure but it is the amount I would have paid for the item if I bought it cash.What about all the premiums that I have already paid for a year now.I didn't accept it and asked Fisher they must send me the item back.I really hope THE CEO s Mr GARRAT,WIBBERLEY,MALTZ,KIRSTEN,ROUX SEES THIS.THANKS FOR A BROKEN ITEM THAT I STILL HAVE TO PAY AND FOR THE MOST BADDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.WILL TELL PUPIL NOT TO BUY FROM YOU.WHAT A DISGRACE
In August 2014 I bought a tablet from them. In July 2015 it started giving me problems.It was still under warrantee and they came to fetch it.It wasn't a week and I got it back but still it didn't work.They came to fetch it again the28 July and I still haven't received it back.After numerous phone calls they said they are waiting for the insurance.in the mean time they also changed to a new insurance company.it is going for 4 months now.I am paying for something I cannot use.i want to cancel the tablet but my contract expires next year only.I am so negative now that I do not even want the tablet back.I did speak to a supervisor Chesne who tried to help me which I appreciate but still no tablet.I am a very long client of homechoice and also finchoice and I feel they can make an exception to cancel my contract and keep the tablet.i will never order something from them again<br>
