I have investment my money on the 24th of May 2023 for 12 months and now claimed 25 May 2024, I was called on Monday 27 May 2024 to confirm my withdrawal. Now when I call for confirmation of payment, no one knows anything. Finance manager is not at the office, no one can confirm when can I expect payment. I'm so worried because I have other services with this unreliable company. Very poor communication.

Hi, I bought 25 boxes of eggs from this supplier and the offer delivery, few hours later while waiting for the delivery they told me the truck is short of ten boxes to deliver, I must pay for additional ten boxes so that they can deliver urgently and noticed from the that I was frauded, the next morning they told me that the truck can't leave because my order is pending vat, I need to pay for 600 of vat. I requested refund because I don't have the additional money, they never responded
I paid for eggs and delivery then I was told something was wrong with the courier, 7 days later I'm still waiting and no response on their whattsapp0813320105 they just read it no response, I have requested refund numerious time with no response. No answering my calls, if I call with a different line they answer and hang up as soon as they hear it me.
They are making you pay them and promise to deliver next then when you are follow up of delivery suddenly the courier wants 800 more for insurance then once you paid, they no longer taking your calls or responding to texts.
Hi,<br> <br> <br> I went to game Westgate on the 30th of October 2015 to return the generator as there was faulty in it and we spoke to the floor manager Mosa who was disrespectful to us telling us how stupid we are to return goods after 3 months of purchase and Regenard(store manager) took over because there was so much noise in the store and he told us that we will get our refund once the goods has been assessed from the supplier, instead the store manager didn't keep his promise to call us or give us feedback until I called the store and spoke to Israel as he was out of the store, he followed up with the supplier and tell us they are still busy repairing the machine. Yesterday the 5th November 2015 I received the message saying the goods has been repaired and ready for collection and called Regenard as soon as I received the message to ask him about his promise to call me and he said he still hasn't heard from the supplier he will follow up and I said to him how can u say you haven't heard from the supplier while I receive a message saying the machine is ready for collection and he said he will follow up and call me which he didn't instead I received a call from Israel telling me I won't ge
