Bad service again Home Affairs
Plettenberg's home affairs office used to be great. They are extremely slow now. The person that allows customers through does not work according to a list filled in on arrival. She creates alternative groups according to what pleases her. Everyone has to sit in the boiling sun. There are not enough chairs in the shade or a proper logical system in place.

Telkom Technical Support Sucks
Telkom technical support regarding network connectivity is totally unreliable and unhelpful. No support at all. The 'call back service' is a joke as the agent on the other end makes as if he can't hear. Technical support doesn't answer any call.

Worst Vodacom admin/accounts department service
The Worst service regarding admin and refund after migrating. Am still waiting since January 2021!! They keep on running on old higher package, leaving me out of pocket. Latest email feedback is that my refund will be processed for activation on 30 April 2021 only, after refund was confirmed for 19 March 2021 already!!
