Unroadworthy vehicle and bad business practices
We hired a 4 ton refrigerated truck for 18 days. They where very fast with their quote. The truck had mechanical issues and a flat tyre on day 1. We had to wait 2.5 hours for their team to come and replace the tyre. Then had to drive 130km return trip, twice, to sort out the mechanical issue. I asked if they would deduct the 260km driven to repair their truck, but the answer was no. So I will never hire anything from them again.
