Very simply put, the patties tasted like cardboard. It is very apparent that they are mixing their meat with fillers in order to save costs. The burgers looked fantastic and the packaging is top notch, but that is not really the point is it? Rather cut on the packaging and use real meat.
Take care to ensure that this company terminates access to their online services upon the expiry of any fixed term contracts you may have with the. We entered into a fixed term contract, which I elected not to renew due to my frustrations with their antiquated search engine. I assumed that my access was terminated and as such I was not perturbed about any of my staff, past or present, accessing the online services. When they sent statements reflecting a further full term contract amount being due I enquired into the situation. They purported that their agreement makes provision for automatic renewal, which I pointed out was not the case. They responded by sending me another document, which was not signed by me and which contained an automatic renewal provision. I pointed out that their contract had very specific alteration provisions which set the requirement for amendments thereto to be that it be in written form and undersigned. They responded by providing me usage logs showing access to the system, upon which I pointed out to them that we expected termination of our access and that the usage might have been by previous or uninformed staff or even an error on their side. Their only response was to involve a debt collection agency in demanding full payment. It is apparent that their company culture is opportunistic and dismissive and that they fall short of ethical business practices. The aforementioned is not even a full account of my interactions with this company pertaining to this issue and others. I have invited them to issue summons and I look forward to ventilating all y concerns at the hearing of this matter.
