Disappointed ☹️
I am really disappointed in the service received.Can you guys please train the staff to communicate with customers like other resturants do I decided to order ribs burger and chips I had no idea the portion was gonna be so small if the staff would've advised me I was never gonna order that. Also after ordering it took a good few minutes to get my coke! I had to ask again the place was so empty so I could not understand the hold up very unorganized all over the place we were literally 6 people in there and it took my asking the 2nd time for my drink. I have never seen such a small portion of ribs in my life 😩

Great chicken burgers
Great chicken burgers and milkshakes. My kids love them and always ask for their burgers when we loadshedding and cannot cook. The steaks are a bit disappointing, flat like a pancake. They do sweet potato fries which are done quite well. Overall good experience, and the food is well priced, not too expensive.

Great chicken burgers and milkshakes. My kids love them and always ask for their burgers when we loadshedding and cannot cook. The steaks are a bit disappointing, flat like a pancake. They do sweet potato fries which are done quite well. Overall good experience, and the food is well priced, not too expensive.

Poor Management- Frozen cheesecake
I visited Ribs and Burgers Nicolway over the weekend with my 10 year old son for lunch. I've visited the restaurant a few times this year already, service has been great and food too. The service from my waiter Siyabonga was no different this time, however we had ordered the cheesecake for our desert, the cake was frozen with icicles in the cream, it was almost inedible, eating rock hard cheesecake with ice in it. When I raised the issue to Siyabonga he agreed that this is not how it should be and said he will speak to his manager Selina Mehlo. He came back 5 minutes later and mentioned that Selina said thats how it is. Selina did not even approach us to apologise or engage in a discussion to see for herself the issue but just ignored and sent the message to Siyabonga our helpless waiter. This is clearly poor management and customer service from Selina, I would not visit this establishment again given this kind of management!

Disappointed
The food was burnt and bitter, I'm still disappointed for even paying for the food because went in hungry and went out hungry and disappointed. Truth be told I came with 4 of my family with an excitement to show them my favorite place but now.

Fake burgers
Very simply put, the patties tasted like cardboard. It is very apparent that they are mixing their meat with fillers in order to save costs. The burgers looked fantastic and the packaging is top notch, but that is not really the point is it? Rather cut on the packaging and use real meat.

Never again!
Too terrible. Menu and wine list is lacking. The wine list is effectively nonexistent. Ribs were good, salad was good but burgers were at best average and the wrap was terrible. The milkshake was terrible. There is zero imagination applied and the basics are.. .basic Service was nonexistent. When a waiter did arrive they lacked any training and got order wrong. Zero personality. I doubt if they would last another 6 months...maybe take-out will sustain them.
