Hungry lion Musgrave, poor service I waited or 30 minutes for simple 4 chicken pieces and chips they are very slow. I will not recommend it to anyone
I was assisted by Collen Ntlailane on the phone, he just made my life very simple and he's such a friendly person my matter was resolved quickly. thank you
I placed an order online on the 24th of June 2025 until this day I haven't received it, O have been calling on their online order service numbers they never answer their phones I have to search for the warehouse number to be assisted but I has not each and everytime when I call they will promise that will get my order the following day or in few days until on the 8 July I received an email for me to come pick up my order but when I got to the shop the order was not there. I called again asking about my order same promises made of i will get the following day or the end of the week today is the 19 July I have not received my order I am sure this their way of ****ming people when I ask for my refund they tell me the order it on it way.
I am very disappointed at Multichoice SA. I have a subscription for 110G every month, and I pay every last day of the month. On the 1st of this month, my subscription was suspended. Later that day, I paid, and my DSTV compact was reconnected, but they never uploaded my data that I had paid for until today, the 5th. I did a chat with an agent that told me that my data will be loaded on the 7th, then I decided to call because I didn't understand. The first call was around 10 am, and they promised to load it there. After I made 4 calls asking about the data, they told me to wait for 24 hours. When I asked why they promised to call me back because the team leaders are in the meeting, once the meeting is done, they will call me. It's been hours waiting with no call and no data. I had to top up with 70 data that was available to me within a few seconds, but for the data that I have paid for, I have to wait.
I am very disappointed, I am coming from the police station in Broad street in Durban. I went there to do a affidavit, when I enter the police station I spoke a police man who was sleeping on the desk I told him that I am here to do a affidavit then told me look for a box the counter... I told him that there no box he the said if there no box there are no affidavit meaning they ran out of affidavit then he went back to his sleep. I mean the whole government institution how come they don't have enough resources so early in the morning and didn't even bother to explain if should I wait or try to get one for me, he left me there standing. I had to go to another police station
I wrote a review about poor service and how unreliable WeBuyCars is, I received a call from them after a week asking me about what happened and the lady I spoked to said will get back to me she will have to discuss the matter with their lawyers and she never called back. On the 3 Nov 2023 I received a notification from Hello Peter say that we buy cars had rep**** to my review only to find this lies they wrote "Good day, Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. This matter has been investigated and feedback has been provided to you accordingly via email. We regard this matter as closed. Regards" but I never received any email from them beside that call I really don't know what email are they referring too, this just prove how ***** they are lying about something they didn't do.
It's been almost a year now I bought a car from we buy cars but I never drove that car it got broken just a day after I bought it, I tried everything to get them to fix the car but they don't reply to my messages and emails. I wrote a review here few months back they said they will be in touch on their reply but up to now no reply was made.
I am truly disappointed by Avbob's action to cancel my policy I had for more than 8 years after I wrote a stating which policy I want cancelled
I am so disappointed with sanlam I wrote a review about their service a month ago that I went to the branch and I was not assisted and on the 18/04/2023 I sent a n email cancelling the policy but they debited on my payslip last month and this month early may they sent me a form for a refund but when I called today they say there no refund due to me after two deductions on my salary please help me out. Sanlam is playing me for a fool now I need my money.
I writing this with heart full of pain and regret, I bought a car at we buy cars in December 2022 I collected the car from the dealership it was a Friday the salesman name Halala was the one assisting me with the sale everything went well and he told me that the only thing that is need to do was to take the car for a service of with I did the following day, but before that the car was empty with no fuel at all I drove to the garage to fill up, few minutes after filling it the car it started making sound and showed many alarming hazard, I quickly went to car time for it to be checked the guy who assisted me told me that what ever that is writing on the car it need special attention. I drove the car and booked it for service the following day when I arrived at car time they did a diagnosis of the car and the told me that the car engine is bad the will recommend that I get a new engine or have this one fixed at the amount close to R25 000, I immediately contacted the salesman Halala he told me to write the complain on their page someone will call me after sending all the reports I got from the service at car time, I waited for weeks with no reply after sending multiple complains and sending email. until a guy name Simphiwe called after weeks I explained everything to him, and after that there was no feedback until I call him again he told me he sent the email to sales manger Ryno Herman to cancel the deal but no body called me, I went to the branch spoke to Ryno he said he knows nothing he didn't receive an email, he said we will send an email to customer service that was beginning of January 2023, he never called me back beginning of February I called Simphiwe and told me that he will organize a tow truck to come and fetch the car or if I can tow it myself will be fine and I did that, but the service I got from Ryno after bring the car was very bad he ignored me I was there from 12pm until 5pm and then he came and told me that the cant take the car he mentioned things that were not relevant and I found them invalid but I gave him a chance he promised to call me on Monday the following week and he told me that they declined the cancelation based on his invalid reasons their head office never bothered to call me and hear my side. the car was with the for the whole month of February they told me to come and collect the car an now the car is parked ever since only drove that car for 4 days after purchase and I strongly believe they took advantage just because I was a black person and the customer service person was also a black as he was also shocked why Ryno didn't not the car and allow the to take another car within the same amount because all the service paper work and diagnosis reports were legit. I am stuck with this car for 6 months now I had the turbo fixed I cause it was releasing smoke and it was not starting I really need someone who can assist me with this matter cause as a black person in this country if you will not happy with something they think you did something wrong and Ryno proved that many times.
