My Isuzu KB300 dteq bakkie gave a problem of erratic idling and white smoke. Phoned Zackspeed Diesel Power and told them that Im sure all your customers tells you this but will you be able to resolve the problem quickly because this is my primary vehicle, having in mind that if he tells me it will take a week or so then I will try my luck somewhere else. He responded "yes sir, sure sir you can bring your car" Took it in monday the 14th August 2017 and got it back friday the 25th. The reason for me writing this review is due to the poor customer service and poor workmanship, after leaving my bakkie with them I phoned in once daily to find out the diagnostics and cost involved because I have arrangements to make for alternative transport etc. They were able to give me a diagnostics on Wednesday that same week and after being quoted i gave the go ahead and they said I can have my vehicle on Friday. Friday came and the promise became Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday and eventually Friday was the accurate promise. If they told me from the beginning it will take this long, they wouldn’t have had my car then. After receiving on Friday, i took on the trip i had postponed on only to find out that the car is leaking oil, so bad that the hole bottom of the car was covered in oil and it was dripping of the spare wheel at the back, I had to fill up with three pins of oil, after closer investigation by myself I found the oil to be leaking from the tapped cover which had clear indication of being sealed with silicone, now Im no mechanic but I know that every mechanical part that needs to be sealed, there is a gasket or O-ring for that and that if a car has 370 000km on the clock, you won't re-use the old gaskets. Paying over R20 000.00 for repairs you would expect not to have silicon used on your car. The next Monday I took it back and explained to them the problem and I must say, they were very welcoming and helpful. I requested the leak be fixed and engine and bottom to be cleaned which they did. They fixed the leak but i took it back again the next day because they broke the turbo boost controller vent port while repairing oil leak which they repaired with Qbond glue, luckily I saw it. They acknowledged after taking it up with the mechanic and they replaced it. Just to mention, I am editing this post again as originally it was typed 2017 but never posted. Four months down the line I had to take my vehicle in again due to a diesel leak somewhere on the fuel pump which they have worked on. They fixed the leak. Now 5 months down the line my bakkie has a fueling problem, engine light is on and bad injector knocking sound and erratic idling again. Originally they reconditioned my fuel pump and all 4 injectors and I can almost guarantee the problem I'm having at the moment is related to those. Also my cars performance isn't the same after they worked on it. I regret every second taking my vehicle to them.

I've submitted a claim for a cracked screen on my iphone 6 which is insured with MTN itself. The claim was submitted the 14th of July 2015. Today is the 11th of November 2015, and still I'm sitting without my phone. The claim was submitted at shop 71 East rand mall in boksburg, which has alot of other bad service experience stories to tell, but lets focus on one for now.
Its almost impossible to get hold of the MTN insurance department, Ive taken the number 0831236084 for the insurance company to try to get to the bottom of this myself. Thats if I succeed to get hold of them, at this moment in time, ive been holding the line for 40 minutes.
Ive also just been told that there is two repair claims submitted on my account, so somebody didn't to their job properly.
