I bought a gate motor, online. I had my doubts to buy from IOTRENDS because it was my first time to hear about them but then I decided to proceed with my order yesterday just before one. My order was confirmed and was told ETA was 4-5days to deliver in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. but then surprisingly, I recieved my goods in less than 24 Hours.
My internet line has been off since Friday, 11, 2022. I exhausted all resources to get them to fix my line but all they do is promise me that a support ticket has been logged and a support technician will contact me which they never did. Every time I call them, they keep on telling me the same thing. I am frustrated with such very poor service.
I was invited to attend an Interview by the HR Officer. She promised me that the company will compensate me for the transport. After the interview, the HR officer took my banking details and promised me that I will get the money the following day. It is now over 3 weeks now but no payment was made to my account and she does not respond to my messages. This is unfair. She should not have lied about compensation to lure me to drive for so many kilometers to attend the interview.

I entered into a DATA contract with Telkom on 30 November 2020. According to the contract I was supposed to get 40GB anytime and 40GB night surfer, wich is a total of 80GB per month. I only got 75.96GB instead of 80GB. I logged 2 calls to report this issue. The referance numbers are 36009976 and 35883538. Both cases were closed without resolving the problem but I was billed the full amount. Telkom I want the DATA you robbed me or pay me back my money equivalent to the DATA shortage.
On 29 August 2015 I bought Genova Plasma unit, Genova Coffee Table and Reno CAT 2 Leather Uppers Lounge Suit. Few days after delivery I noticed that the couches on the lounge suite have deformed and also noticed that the glass on the coffee table was loose. I went to Rochester and complained about this issues. My complain was accepted and someone was sent to inspect the furniture. After inspection I was promised that the couches and the coffee table was gonna be exchanged with new ones and that was indeed done in a short space of time.<br> <br> I am happy about the kind of good service I received from Rochester in Nelspruit.
