ONE BIG SCAM, ORDERED ON THE 10th OF NOVEMBER, GOT AN EMAIL THAT SAID IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. RECEIVED NOTHING AND NO REPLY ON SUPPORT EMAIL. THEY ARE CROOKS NOTHING ELSE, FAKE WEBSITE ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY
I AM MELANIE RADLEY, I HAVE BOUGHT A TUMBLE DRYER FROM HOMECHOICE NOVEMBER 2018, THE TUMBLE DRYER WAS WORKING WELL FOR A MONTH THEN STARTED GIVING TROUBLE, IT DIDN'T DRYED THE CLOTHES ANYMORE OR EVEN MAKING WARM. AFTER NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS TO HOMECHOICE WITH ABOUT 50 COMPLAINTS LOGGED WITH REFERENCE NUMBER. HOMECHOICE HAD SENT TECHNICIANS FROM DEFY TO FIX IT BUT IT HAS BEEN THE FIFTH TIME NOW TECHNICIANS WAS HERE AND THEY SAY THEY CAN'T FIX IT, IT IS A BIG PROBLEM. I MUST ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT. BUT EVEN I WONDER WHY DOES THE TUMBLE DRYER HAS AN 2 YEAR WARRANTY ON WEBSITE BUT I CAN'T GET A NEW TUMBLE DRYER. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WON'T BE THE LAST SEEN OF IT. HOMECHOICE VERY VERY BAD COMPANY DON'T EVER BUY ANY APPLIANCE FROM THEM.
I HAVE BEEN A MTN CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT 8 YEARS, ON THE 6TH OF APRIL I HAVE UPGRADED MY MTN CONTRACT. MY FIRST PAYMENT IS ALREADY GOING THROUGH TODAY BUT STILL NO DEVICE IS DELIVERED. I HAVE PHONED THE CALL CENTRE A FEW TIMES, THEY SAID THERE WASN'T ANY REQUEST ON THE SYSTEM FOR MY PHONE TO BE DELIVERED, THEY WILL DO THE REQUEST AND SEND IT THROUGH TO DSV COURIERS. MTN ALSO SAID I WILL RECEIVE AN SMS WITH THIS CONFIRMATION, HOWEVER NO SMS, STILL NO DEVICE, AND IF I PHONE DSV COURIERS, THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM MTN. THIS IS REALLY POOR SERVICE, NEVER BEFORE HAVE I STRUGGLED LIKE THIS. I AM USED TO EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM MTN.
I HAVE ORDERED AN ITEM FROM IWAREHOUSE, THEY CONFIRMED STOCK AND TOOK MY PAYMENT VIA DEBIT CARD,<br> <br> THE NEXT DAY I PHONED THEY SAID THERE IS NO STOCK AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND, IT IS ALREADY 15 DAYS AND NO REFUND.<br> <br> NOW THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES, I HAVE LOST R 5499.00.<br> <br> VERY POOR SERVICE AS WELL AS PAYGATE THEIR ONLINE PAYMENT MEDIUM,<br> <br> PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T BUY FROM IWAREHOUSE OR EVER DO A TRANSACTION USING PAYGATE.<br> <br> REGARDS
I HAVE MADE AN ONLINE PAYMENT VIA PAYGATE TO IWAREHOUSE, I HAVE RECEIVED PROOF OF PAYMENT , FROM PAYGATE, BUT THERE WAS NO STOCK AT IW SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND.<br> IWAREHOUSE JUST TOLD ME THAT THE REFUND WAS PASSED TO PAYGATE ON THE 2ND OF NOVEMBER 2015 AND THAT IT WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS. I HAVE WAITED 3 DAYS AND CONTACTED IWAREHOUSE AND THEY TOLD ME REFUND MUST JUST GO THROUGH ON PAYGATE'S SIDE.<br> NOW IWAREHOUSE HAS STOP DOING BUSINESS AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT OF R 5499. <br> <br> I PHONED PAYGATE IMMEDIATELY AND ASKED WHAT TO I NEED TO DO NOW, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT<br> THEY HAVEN'T DONE THE REFUND I MUST WAIT FOR IWAREHOUSE, WHICH IS NOW CLOSED.<br> <br> IN PAYGATE'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS IT STATED THAT THEY ARE A RELIABLE SECURE ONLINE BANKING PAYMENT METHOD AND GIVE THEMSELF OUT FOR BEING EXCELLENT ON REFUNDS.<br> <br> WHY NOW WON'T THEY ASSIST ME IN THAT MATTER, I HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT TO THEM , I EXPECT MY REFUND!!!!!<br> <br> THEY CAN'T BRAG ABOUT SERVICE AND NOW THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO DEAL WITH THEIR CLIENT: IN THIS INSTANT IWAREHOUSE.<br> <br> PLEASE PEOPLE ANY ONLINE TRANSACTION STATING THAT THEY USE PAYGATE WITH ONE TIME PIN ON PHONE.
