I am so disappointe d in the way that Bitsafe(which now has changed its name to Yousafe) is treating me. I app**** for a Debit Card which cost 29.50 EUR, this was on the 21st of January 2023. I was told that it would take 4-5 weeks for me to receive the debit card, but to date I still have not received it(31 March 2023) Instead I am given different stories. They said that the card was sent on the 7th of February but when I requested for a tracking number, they said that they don't have one. I went to the post office to check if anything has arrived but I couldn't get it. Now I have requested that they should refund me because this is clearly the way for the company to de***** users. Because now while I am waiting for the card I am busy paying 25 EUR each time I need to withdraw. Imagine 10 000 transactions by other users who are waiting for the card, that would be 250 000 EUR that the company has pocketed, while the users who have already paid for the card, are paying extra.
I am a researcher in South Africa, I worked as a freelancer for RAW TV LIMITED a production company based in London UK. After doing the work and finishing within the deadline, they refused to pay, sent me from pillar to post. I had to get a lawyer but still then they did not pay everything owed to me. Instead they split my invoice into 3, I incurred a lot of bank charges for an invoice that was suppose to be paid just once off. Today they still owe me an outstanding amount from that same invoice. Worst of all after so many promises to pay me, THEY BLOCKED MY EMAILS. I believe they are crooks looking to exploit freelancers and not pay them, taking advantage of the fact that it's an international company. My advise to other archive researchers, DO NOT WORK WITH RAW TV , ASK FOR MONEY UPFRONT AND NOT START ON THE RESEARCH BEFORE FUNDS CLEAR IN YOUR ACCOUNT. Personally I will NEVER work with them again and will fight them till they pay every cent they owe me. I have warned my other colleagues in production, but in case you are new or never worked with this company before, trust me they are crooks.
on the 15-10-2015 i cancelled my contract with vodacom. but they conviced me not to cancel and promised to lift my profile to enable me to take the device i wanted. i agreed. .but when i went to the shop to get a new device i was told i could not upgrade on my number because my contract was cancelled and now on prepaid.. they advised me to call accounts and ask them to reactivate my number and put it back to month to month which is where it was before the cancellation so that i can upgrade, i called and asked for that... but to my greatest surprised on the 21-10-2015 i received sms's telling me im now on Uchoose flexi 200 contract and i received 200 airtime. i didnt waste any time i called immediately to ask them to cancel that contract because i did not ask for it. explained that i needed a reactivation so that i can upgrade on the same number and take a new device. i have written emails.called .went to the shop.. till today my problem has not been resolved and they are billing me.. i reversed the debit orders because i know i do not owe them but that is ruining my credit record...i am being bullied
