I have been double deducted for vehicle installment and haven’t been assisted as yet. My ID no is 9103080307088, cell no is 0627101852. My account is with the legal department.
Charged for unpaid fees not to my own doing as the vehicle double charged me for December by error but it being R764,00 as a penalty is ******ionate! I am now further unemployed and asked to downgrade my account but even that wasn’t attended to. I understand fees have to be charged but not 3x over even why my monthly bank charges are! I need to report this to the ombudsman as it is not the first time it is happening
Unfair exorbitant charges charged by First National Bank due to insufficient funds in the account Dec 3 charged R682, Dec 4 R717, Dec 5 R682! Is it fair to be charged such an exorbitant amount daily ?! I feel exploited by the bank. Cell no 0627101852
I keep getting charged daily and my account is overdrawn. This is inconsiderate from the bank because by the time I get paid again my debt would have unfairly increased! Why do they charge it on a daily basis R47 per day is ridiculous
Why does the bank take such a high amount of unpaid debit when it’s not my fault that the creditor went in early ! I’ve had this problem before but R180 ? This can’t be debited from me when it’s not my fault at all. This exorbitant fee needs to be refunded
Please may the bank call me on 0627101852! I am tired of these early deductions which I told the bank of my new salary date in December already! You guys keep taking the monthly account fee on the 25th still and it’s negatively affecting my account. Every month I’m lodging the same complaint. Please give back my R337.00 that now charged unfairly to me again this month. I now will lodge a banking ombudsman complaint , maybe my request will be taken seriously
Please may Absa vehicle department cease from debiting my account early ! It will affect my credit record and my account . I gave ample notice to all my creditors about my new debit order date to be set for the last day of the month and no longer the 25th day of the month and I have no idea why deductions are still made early and I have no money in my account! Unfair charge on account I was charged an amount of R200,00 on 27 April for an amount I don’t know why they deducted early ! It seems it’s the FNB monthly account charges. I had advised all my creditors in December already about my new salary date and for all debits to be done on the first , may the bank please refund me my money of a high exorbitant charge unfairly because I had notified of the salary date change now I’m the one whose being prejudiced again this month!
Absa bank failing to provide my updated statements on my vehicle balance. My ID no is 9103080307088. It’s my right as consumer to obtain such information as per the CPA! Why should I be the one who calls and the bank not providing me with this information.
****med by Samsung buy and get! My partner and I have been waiting for the claim successfully to be done but to date , we have had no success. If it was advertised in Hirsch stores they are to blame because since December we have not been able to claim and we’ve sent all the documents but nothing
