I took my car in for a service at Renault umhlanga Durban. The place has no shuttle service regardless of where you are going. When taking my renault stepway plus all warning lights on the car were on which meant my car was due for a service. I asked the lady Sharika would all the lights dissappear after the service to which she advised "Yes" I picked up my car the same day and all the lights had disappeared. However 48hours later the engine light reappeared. My partner took the car in and it was checked they hooked up a diagnostic machine to the car advised that nothing was wrong. The engine light then disappeared once again. 48 hours later the light reappeared I called in and was told to bring the car in. I took the car in once again and the same process was followed and the light disappeared once again. I was asked if the car lost any power was there anything different, to which I replied no, which was true. This time, the light disappeared for 2 weeks and reappeared. I called in again and was advised that I would need to bring the car in. I advised I am working and needed the car to get to and from work. The lady said she was customer service head and would arrange for me to be dropped off and picked up. She was supposed to cLl me back which she never did. I am a single mother that has relocated to Durban from Johannesburg might I add renault in Joburg never did this I drive in fear not knowing when will my car give in. Bearing in mind I purchased my car brand new in 2019 so I do not understand any of this. I am also aware that my car is still under warranty. Renault umhlanga is the worst. And it's crazy that they don't t care. They never phone back.
MTN offer all these great deals on TV magazines everywhere, but it's all a front their wall in shops are just as bad as their customer service line: 173. I tried to port over from Vodacom to MTN after being convinced by family members that they are great I walk into their store in Eastgate wait in line for 20 minutes to be told that the system is offline so we will have to action the port manually to my dismay the advisor had to call someone that was off to talk them through the port, bearing in mind this was 26/04/2016 once we got through that I was advised to wait 24 hour and will be up and ready on the MTN network which was fair. The next day I try my new MTN sim card and it's not work what's worse is that my Vodacom sim card was no longer working. I go to the same store in eastgate again to be told that i would have to wait an additional 24 hours because it was a public holiday but no I called in the whole weekend trying to speak to someone in the porting team which my call got cut off every time I tried. I've just been fed lies and excuses and extended SLA's that were crap. The finale was when I was told I now have a reference number but when I call customer services they have no IDEA of the Reference Number. Port Query Ref No: 6620905 Stay away from MTN 0604530169
